I was surprised about the noise in the room from the outside. My room was located in building 2, very close to the rooftop bar which had loud music until late at night. I called to complain about it and the staff tried to find a another room for me but it was only for my last night, so in the end I decided not to move rooms. Although the shower room is really nice, I think it lacks water pressure (I called to complain about it but was told that was the standard).

The resort is a dream. It looks awesome and very new. The staff was so so kind and willing to help. The gym is really really good, and the pool area is really nice too. The food has a very high level, and the restaurants are very fine. Even the breakfast buffet is incredible, with lots of different things to eat. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very luxurious. I had 3 very relaxing days at the hotel.

It is worth noting that this resort is not very quiet and therefore rooms are not very quiet. We moved rooms because of consistent music, corporate functions being held and noise outside the first 2 rooms we were in. We really appreciated that the team resolved this issue and found us a 3rd room that was quiet as we visited to read, nap, have some peace, and enjoy being in the beautiful space. I wish that more resorts would create and respect quiet areas for clients who seek peace and relaxation (and not loud music at the pool). It also does not help to have a quiet pool, but then close it early to host a corporate function at the quiet pool. I also found it frustrating that some guests played their own music with mobile speakers at the pool, in addition to the music that the resort already played. This behaviour does not belong at a stylish resort like Playa Mujeres.

This resort is beautifully designed, maintained and has a real sense of style. The restaurants are excellent. We especially liked both Asian restaurants, and the Italian restaurant. Thank you so much to all the kind members of staff who went out of their way to assist us and made us feel so at home. I had a wonderful massage at the spa. While pricey, the entire experience was a real treat and I would recommend it! All in all, we thought the space was beautiful and really enjoyed our visit. We hope to be back in future.

I didn’t like how when we arrived there was not a tour of the property. The lady who told us to wait 5 hours on our room to be ready told us to walk around and go find food when nothing was open and we had no idea where to go. I asked if we could get a tour and she said they don’t give those only to Inpira guests…

We really like that there was a lot of options for food, every single staff member was so nice and welcoming! Lots of different pools and things to do during the day.

Mosquitos, mosquitos, mosquitos.... Hope they take care of their facilities getting rid off mosquitos. I have 30-40 bites even though I stayed only 3 nights!

Navigating the place was difficult because of a lack of clear directions. Clunky web interface for discovering things around the property. Service at restaurants was hit or miss, the check-in check-out experience was also meh. Maybe because it was off season?

The experience was incredible. From the moment I arrived and was greeted by name at the door, to the attentive check-in process, and the delightful aroma in the reception area, everything was perfect. The staff provided exceptional service, giving a thorough tour of the hotel and explaining every detail. The restaurants were wonderful, the nightclub had great music, a fantastic band, and excellent drinks. The attention on the beach and at the pool enhanced the experience, providing maximum comfort.

The only think I would suggest is to have smart TVs in the bedrooms. It was quite annoying being forced to watch cable TV or rent movies with pay per view.

Everything was fabulous—the food/drink, the facilities, the activities. It is located in an ultra-secured gated community that gives peace of mind to every tourist. I left my wedding ring in the pool while playing volleyball, and they were able to find it and return it to me. The place's architecture is exquisite, and there is art everywhere. For the pools and beach, I recommend getting there earlier if you desire a gazebo bed or palapa; otherwise, there are plenty of chairs available for guests. The staff is fabulous! I got a late checkout with the gracious Alicia from the front desk, and I strongly recommend her name for any problems during your stay. Also, ask Santiago from the activities staff about the “speakeasy activity” on Saturday night: he invites a couple of special guests to the most exclusive rooftop suite, with live music and delicious cocktails. It was decadent and unforgettable. Ruby, the teacher from the nightclub, was great. Rosa from the sushi class. Freddie from the Italian restaurant. I can not stress enough how much the staff made our stay so memorable.

The porters who ripped us off by selling some car company for 4 times the price in a bad car. Definitely get an Uber and don’t book taxi via hotel.

The service of every staff member, the food at all the resturants, the 24hr room service, the pools, the entertainment at the resorts, you don't have to leave the resort for anything if you don't want. You can also walk out to the beach from the back of the hotel. The mini bar and the snacks inside the room. The beauty of the resort itself. This is a very clean and well maintained resort. I would stay again.
