We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

TaiwanA little more expensive for the level of the place, and the WiFi was not always reliable. Windows are not sound proof, so you can hear the noise from the big street outside.
Good location, friendly staff, and breakfast. Easy to commute to downtown, and there are restaurants nearby.

Better than expected, very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower with all the amenities. The room comes with a Keurig coffee machine, which is great, also a bottle of complimentary water (nice touch) and a refrigerator. The restaurant is great too!

United States of AmericaI would given a 10, but I did not like the fact that there was a birthday party at the pool on Saturday and we were not able to use the pool, you owe me a day in the pool 😉👌 The pool was the main reason I stayed at this hotel but with this birthday party, there were too many kids in the pool and we did not feel comfortable to get in.
