The hotel is pretty and really well taken care of. Also perfectly situated close to the beach and town center. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Really pleasant stay there.

Clean, comfortable and brilliant location - in the heart of Bacalar. Swimming pool was enjoyed fully. Recommend: Playalita 2 mins away on the lake great place for lunch and a swim in the lake. Mr Tacos across the road - super good value tasty food. All was great, thanks for everything.

The staff of Oasis Suites was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The day I made my reservation I started to receive helpful info from the hotel, including a Bacalar activity guide made by the hotel. During my stay everyone was extremely friendly and always ready to answer questions. The location of the hotel is really perfect; right in the middle of Bacalar's nicest area and surrounded by great restaurants. Each time I returned from walking around town, arriving to the hotel property actually felt like entering into a little Oasis.

You can hear a bit of music from near establishments at night but it doesn’t last all night long

A little gem in the center of Bacalar . You can walk to most sights in town and the lake while soaking the local vibe. Simple but aesthetic decor/ layout of the room and surroundings. Very clean, the free toiletries are not the cheap stuff hotels give you. Staff pleasant and helpful. Their own hotel guide for Bacalar they send thru email is top notch.

There was nothing we didn’t like to be honest. It was perfect for us🤗

I personally loved the gardens and all the vegetation in the courtyard. The murals were another personal favourite. Everything was lush, clean and tidy, artistically influenced with murals, the pool was great, the loungers were very comfortable and made of wood not plastic, the room was well appointed and very fresh and clean. The bed and linens were comfortable also. Views from our suite, on the second floor, overlooked the beautiful gardens. The recycling systems were spot on and greatly appreciated. The staff are very friendly, speak good English, offering good advice about places to go, activities, pricing and restaurant referrals . We are planning to return

Just a small comment : the room was not super dark at night.

Steven the owner of the property, make you feel welcome from the second you arrive. He is the kind of host that remembers your name and help you navigate Bacalar on your own personal wishes (family friendly). The pool is amazing and again especially travelling with toddlers / kids. The room has all amenities that you need and you can always ask them for anything else. The location of the property is perfect. Close to the lagoon / restaurants and bars. Bacalar blew us away and Oasis was a big part of it. Also very peaceful and quiet at night. We enjoyed every minute and it might take a couple of years but we will come back here. Thank you Oasis :)

The location is excellent for exploring Bacalar. It is 1 block away from the lagoon and a short walk to the lakeside Eco-Park. There are several coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The suites are spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen and everything you need to cook. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Swimming in the pool was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

The property is very cosy and green. The reception dest is very friendly, we felt very welcomed and awaited despite the fact we booked the stay just 20 min before the arrival. The suit Mono is very nice, very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need inkl sugar, coffee and drinking water. I loved the fact that the hotel cares about waste. They do recycling. The pool is lovely and refreshing. The hotel is close to Lagune as well as to all town conveniences. I would stay here again. Also there is the best Taco place just around the corner!

Nothing we liked everything.

We’re repeat customers because of Stephen and his staff, they’re the best and very helpful! We like everything about this hotel including the pool, the clean rooms, quiet and the location. It has the best stocked kitchenette we’ve ever had - dishes, dish soap, coffee, cooking oil and a 20liter bottle of water.

Quite noisy due to the restaurant in front of the hotel and on wednesday because of hostel at Lagune. Pool area could use more sun loungers.

We loved this place. Such a great location. The studio was spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed comfortable and everything was clean. Shower was good. Water available. Loved it!

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove,, everything one needs. Coffee included. Very friendly and caring staff, daily cleaning. Eco-friendly measures taken. The pool was clean and cool. Location close to the lagoon and just 10-15 min walk from the bus stop.

Nothing. It was a great place to stay.

The location is one block off the water and walking distance to the fort, main square and plenty of restaurants. We booked the studio apartment and it was great. Nice size and full refrigerator and freezer. Coffee machine came in handy to sit on the balcony in the morning and enjoy the breeze. Too cold for the pool this time of year. Our friends booked the deluxe one bedroom apartment and it had two other beds so one couple and two other adults fit nicely. It had two bathrooms too. Secure parking was a plus, very happy with our stay. The restaurant next door had music playing late but when we shut the room we didn't hear it so we slept well.
