We had a great stay in Bacalar thanks to our wonderful stay. The studio was clean, bright and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Location is ideal - close the the lagoon swim spots, central plaza and ADO bus station/ taxis go cenotes. Steven was extremely welcoming and shared a really helpful guide for suggested activities and restaurants - one being a sunrise SUP just a short walk away.

Nothing! I loved this place :)

Everything!! This place is just perfect. After a 5 hour bus journey arriving here to the warmest welcome was just perfect. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed and more! Air con, fan, WiFi, a massive fridge, water (!) And filter coffee (!). Less then 10 minute walk from the bus station, 5 to the lagoon and less than 10 minutes walk to the main square, the location is perfect. Lovely quiet pool area. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. This place is genuinely as Oasis. I could not recommend it higher!

Our room/apartment was clean, spacious, had a great kitchen with an island, two toilets, quiet air-con, with terrace, a lovely pool and garden. Great location with a few minutes walk from restaurants, beach club, ATM or centre. We had a bedroom with king size bed and living space with a queen size and single size bed. Perfect for a family of four or three plus grandma! Can fit even family with three little children. Wifi worked great! Very friendly and helpful owner and stuff! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in bacalar! The apartment had everything we needed (including free water, coffee) and was very clean and quite big. Steven, the owner of the Hotel was very kind, friendly and always helpful. If you travel to bacalar we can totally recommend to stay here! The beautiful laguna and city center is near by and you can relax at the pool if you need a rest. If you come to Bacalar stay longer than 2 nights, that was our only mistake :) Thank you for your hospitality, Steven! We really appreciate it :) Peter & Julia

Location is perfect, short distance from lagoon, town centre, fort and all restaurants. Also, 1km from ADO bus terminal. Rooms are spacious and adequately furnished with a full kitchen. Good pool. The team are really knowledgeable and help with all queries.

Had a few issues but staff resolved them quickly so really nothing we didn't like.

The place was spacious with a huge balcony. Large bathrooms and everything we needed. Great location working walking distance of the fort in the Centro area.

Nothing . Maybe blackout curtains is an idea I could suggest and a bamboo ladder on the balcony to dry the beach towels at the end of the day .

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The ligation is very central to the main piazza where the fort is . Lots of restaurants around . The lake is 5 minutes walk . We loved the little kitchen with fridge, the balcony overlooking the pool, the private car park . A hotel we will definitely come again.

Nothing, everything was great.

Everything was perfect! The kitchen had everything needed, the location is awesome (less than 2mins walk to anywhere), staff is very helpful, the place was very clean and they take good care of the common area. We both work from here and the wifi was Excellent, better than at home!! We would love to come back and stay here again.
