It is a good hotel, excellent location, nice pool. The staff help us a lot with a medical situation that we had. We are so thankful.

Water pressure and temperatures sometimes a bit off but otherwise was fine

Big room and bed, AC works well, nice and spacious with big bathroom. Lift was sometimes a bit funny but nothing major, breakfast was good and nice pool area. Hotel is about 15 mins drive from Playa Delfines [£8-£12 Uber] and 10 mins drive from the ferry port to go over to Isla Mejures [£5-£7 Uber]. Would stay again and reasonably priced.

Room located to the front of the building was rather loud with travellers/guests arriving at all hours all the time. Air conditioner was consistent thank God, but rather disappointing as it never seemed to get quite cold enough for me especially after a hot day at the beach. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

Room was very clean and I appreciated the daily upkeep even though we werent messy. Front desk and restaurant staff was very attentive. room was larger than anticipated. Easy access from the airport and lots of parking availability around the location if not always right up front. Central location allowed for easy maneuverability around Cancun. Easy check in and check out.

Our aircon stopped working and staff didn’t know how to fix it - but it was bearable as we had a short stay.

Shower is awful, you simply can't use it... water goes everywhere but on you, it needs some serious renovation. If you plan to not take a shower, then great - but if you do, you better find some other place...!

Location is great, really close to a shopping mall and easy to take a bus to the beaches. Room is silent and has a decent size.

It’s close to a busy road (the separation from the beach) ca be a little noise. The AC in the under room needs to be replaced.

The host, Ricardo, was the nicest person. The room has everything you need, including real good coffee. They lend you chairs and umbrellas wish will save you a minimum of $500 a day. Close to everything. I recommend it with no reservations.

Far from the “night life”

The hotel is near a big road so we heard the cars at night, but it wasn't a big trouble!

Easy access from airport (20min taxi), 15/20min walk from the supermarket, bus stop (beach route) and ado bus. Staff was nice, and there is a restaurant with simple breakfast options.

The beds are dreadful....very hard. We had to fold the comforters in 4 to make a mattress pad for comfort....then all we had for cover was a sheet.

The room had some noice by the airco and other sounds. We were too tired too bother, but if you are sensitive for sounds it can be annoying.

We booked this hotel for one night after a long flight. It was all we needed: a good bed, great WiFi, a warm shower and some restaurants and a little shop nearby. Nothing more and nothing less. We didn’t have breakfast here. But there is a nice all day veggie restaurant close.

Coffee maker in the room but no coffee. Outside traffic was a bit noisy, but not a major issue.
