The decor was beautiful. The location was great. they had carnival on the seaside park. Spacious room and bathroom. My room had a door that gave me direct access to my parked car.

Juanita was so helpful and caring on my arrival. She even paid my taxi with her own cash because I didn't have any pesos. My room was clean and hotel in perfect location near water taxi terminal and beach promenade.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge! Great value for money, I think perhaps the room was upgraded. Very comfy bed, good air-conditioning, tea and coffee in the room.

Nothing! Some people have complained about the noise from the street, but if they had bothered to go downstairs they could have enjoyed the atmosphere and delicious food available. The noise did not continue to late

Everything was great. We asked if we could get a ground floor room due to my wife having difficulty with stairs, this was organised for us. On arrival we were two hours early but were allowed to check in early once the room was cleaned. On seeing the views from a first floor room we asked if there was any possibility of changing room this was also allowed. Other than a fantastic view the room was large, clean and very well equipped with self catering facilities. The bed was also very comfortable.

The cost was a bit high for the area (Chetumal, in general). We upgraded to a room with an ocean view (well worth it) after we arrived because the room we booked didn’t have the balcony we expected. No private parking.

The location and view are absolutely fantastic. The room was very well adorned. The staff (especially Juanita) were very helpful and attentive. Pay the extra money for the ocean view. The street food nearby is incredible. If you want to splurge on a fabulous meal, go down the malecón to Ámbar.

A hidden gem in Chetumal. Prime location on the Bahia. Everything was in perfect shape, and the staff were incredible. This is now our new go-to place for Chetumal. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room, the rooftop plunge pool, and the quality of the facilities.

The manager went out of her way to help us. The property is on the street along the bay. It’s a pretty location except that a stage had been set up for Carnival 20 ft outside the window. The manager moved us to a different facility away from the festival - a house instead of a room - and didn’t charge us for the change. The room we saw at the bay looked very nice and in other times, it would be a very good place. The house we stayed at was spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable.
