The only thing that could have been better is if I had more time to stay there.

The rooms are large, well decorated and very clean. The location is perfect. The hospitality in the service provided and friendliness and warmth of the staff is excellent, and I am so greatful.

Our bedroom was quite dark but this didnt bother us much as we were out and about all day

We loved this hotel during our stay in Merida, The staff were incredibly attentive and kind - always offering us coffee etc. The room was really nice and we managed to make good use of the lovely pool. The location was perfect - right on the high street and close to restaurants etc. The shower in the bedroom was very cool too. Would definitely recommend this hotel !

Wonderful owners and staff, we were so well looked after. The place truly exceeded our expectations. It’s in a great location, the rooms are spacious and really well decorated and the pool is amazing for a dip during the heat. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Merida.

Everything. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Saltwater pool very important for me as I'm sensitive to pools with lots of chlorine so I was able to enjoy this one for hours without any worries. Stayed in Merida for AFHF 2024 in the heat of June and I am so thankful I splurged out on a nice hotel because there was nothing I wanted to do out and about in the June heat. Worst time of year to be there but this luxury hotel made it bearable, and enjoyable even. Walkable neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Hotel was not offering breakfast or food but they did make espresso drinks and have cold bottled water. The mini fridge worked well and I was able to stock it with snacks from the local supermarket so I was sorted. Air conditioning got super cold worked very very well

The location is prime and centrally located and nearby to all - tourist attractions, great restaurants, shopping, pharmacies and bus stations! Above that the facility is pristine and its decor absolutely gorgeous. And the icing on the cake is the staff - incredibly attentive, professional and nice!

Very comfortable hotel conveniently located near everything. We loved our stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful; the room lovely; the location perfect. The A/C worked well, and there was a ceiling fan to supplement or use instead, which facilitated good temperature regulation of the room. There was a mini-fridge in the room, abundant bottled water, free coffee, info on cultural activities… highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel in a great location - on the main street but away from the noise. Super friendly staff who helped with our luggage and gave great recommendations of where to eat and what to do. And the pool was a real bonus.

Wifi signal in room isn’t always equally strong, and once the cleaners hung our wet towel (which was on the floor) against our clothes on the wall. Not great, but maybe a one-time thing.

Location and staff are absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself fulfills all requirements for a great stay in the city of Merida. Room is very large, bed comfy, toilet separated from shower is useful too. Small bottles of water every time we returned to the hotel was a great gesture. Definitely book this place, we stayed for 6 nights and will definitely return here if ever in Merida again.

The hotel is a pleasant and relaxing place to stay. Much of this is due to the staff who are all welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The hotel is in a great area of the city where there are many places to eat and shop; and it is easy to walk to parks and just relax. There were several families with small children staying at the hotel, so this is a family friendly place and should be your place if you come to Merida.

You need to expect that not all will be perfect like the stairs and that there will be differences compared to a regular hotel. Embrace imperfection and watch your step.

I've travelled many times to Mérida and this place has a perfect location. The room is larger than average and is well adapted to make the best use of the original distribution of the old house and they keep the room clean.
