“Na Balam was incredible!! The location near playa Norte is ideal and it’s close to town for food, but far enough away that it’s peaceful in the evenings. The sun beds on the beach are a few steps away from one of the best snorkelling areas. Would highly recommend staying here!
As a side note, the team went above and beyond to keep us comfortable during the tropical storm! Keeping the generators running all through the night and bringing meals and snacks.”
“Everyone at the hotel was eceptionally courtieous and helpful. Our stay at the hotel felt welcomed. The facility was clean and spcious. The bed was comfy and luxurious as well. Despite the high heat and humidity on the island, the airconditioning made the room feel comfortable. The meals at breakfast were deliscious and memorable in their presenation and flavors. My favorite part is how the building is designed, the decor, and the landscaping of the property. It was so beautiful, I was reluctant to leave to go on any outings and definitley sad to leave to return home. When we return to the island, my boyfriend and I will certainly be staying here again!! You get so much value and more for what you pay for!”
