The reception staff are not professional. They took almost 2 hours for check-in procedure and no one offered a single glass of water . When we requested for water it took almost 10 mint hat too after repeated requests.

CHECK YOUR TOTAL BILL UPON CHECKOUT. We noticed a mistake & asked to see individual bill of the restraunt where you sign down the bottom & the staff member showed me a clearly photoshopped receipt as pictured. When I said I would like to see a real photo of the receipt & asked to speak to a manager I was told that it would be sorted out and they had made an error….. clearly. An error on a bill is 100% normal to happen & would not have made any fuss however it was quite shocking to be shown a clearly photoshopped photo of the bill where they have cropped the signature but failed to crop the name correctly leaving the top half of it missing attempting to make it look like we signed it.

We had an amazing stay at the property & could fault it not it one bit until checkout! The snorkeling is incredible aswell as staff & managers, we loved it here

Reservation required one day prior for other restaurants. Alacarte menu was not available without reservation except for pizza. Mobile app menu items were little confusing to use. Restaurant few seating areas were very hot and humid.

Beach villa was good with direct access. Bath and toilet layout also good. Room beds were comfortable. Lots of activities to do for kids and adults. Daily cleaning of rooms. Frequent shuttles from villa to reception was available. Checkin and checkout smooth. Full board meals menu items were good and desserts were tempting. Eid celebration activities conducted were good. Overall stay was pleasing

The arrival and departure was excellent (very comfortable speedboats ) Excellent service from the Front Office Manager Fazyl and his team who looked after us on a daily basis. I never had such a friendly and nice service on the Maledives . They have made our holiday one of the best we have had. My son was also allowed to play soccer every day :-) which was really important to him. A big thank you also to Sankar who was responsible for the buggy service . Very helpful friendly and always on time. Very nice lagoon and beaches. We stayed 2 weeks and we really enjoyed that the Resort is bigger than others. Various restaurants bars, spa and watersport services with a good choice of activities. The food was really good especially the local Maledivian dishes and Indian food. The Water Villa we stayed in was very spacious with a big pool and extremely big terasse of which you saw tons of rays , sharks and various beautiful fish passing by. The Manta viewpoint watching the Mantas was definitely a highlight. We went snorkeling every day at the house reef where we saw turtels, octupuses, sharks etc.. The Island is a paradise and the nature blows your mind . Perfect to relax and forget the stress from work. We definitely come again.

We liked everything, nothing to dislike

My wife and I went to Sun Siyam Olhuveli for our honeymoon...To say that our whole experience was amazing and unforgettable is an understatement...From the moment we stepped foot on the Island we were extremely impressed...The resort itself is absolutely amazing, like paradise...There are 3 islands which are all connected and all have several bars and restaurants which are all beautiful...The staff are extremely helpful and will attend to your every need..The front of house manager Yoosuf Hasnain went above and beyond the call of duty..He is extremely polite and helpful and really made us feel special...My wife and I vape and we quickly ran out of our disposable vapes and they didn't sell them on the Island...I spoke with Hasnain and he made arrangements for vapes to be brought from the main island and delivered them to our room...He met with us everyday to ask how our stay was and if we needed anything...He is really professional and the service there was really amazing....Also like to mention 2 other staff members who were really polite and also attended to our needs anytime we were out in some of the restaurants and bars...Sunita and Ariska, both beautiful and extremely professionally ladies who knew how to make us feel welcome...We loved everything about the resort, from the cleanliness of the whole island and the extremely professional service....We would highly recommend anyone travelling to the maldives to choose this resort, no need to look any further because you will not be disappointed...Thank you sooooo much to Hasnain, Ariska, Sunita and the rest of the staff that we interacted with , you made our stay an unforgettable experience....The food amazing, the excursions were unbelievable...We got to swim with sharks 🦈, what an experience...We also got to snorkel on one of the garden reefs with turtles and we also went out on an evening sunset dolphin 🐬 cruise to watch spinner dolphins.....

The in island transport bus is very hot/humid and need some urgent action from management...all guest seemed unsatisfied with it, it is quite uncomfortable, we often chose to walk from Dream island to Diving center / reception (25 minutes) walking is a pleasure. still... Opening the bus roof may be a solution since it needs only some air circulation to cool down a bus packed with people. The small shop in the hotel should be more connected to reality on the products and prices and at least have the basics available in body car products. Best selection in all other articles will increase costumer satisfaction. To not be surprised ensure you take to the trip sufficient reef friendly sunscreen and hair shampoo and conditioner for you and for your kids. In the end the only negative things was: the daily approach by some Hotel staff with invitation for the BBQ / Grill Restaurant that was annoying always interruption of meals and the experience in the Pizza Restaurant were is better to keep a watch on what you order to avoid an unpleasant experience.

We stayed in Bungalow 727 in Dream Island, that is really great place to stay with a family of 3. The small pool and direct access to the lagoon for snorkeling make them the best spot in the island. The room was always kept very cleaned and fresh. Our focal point CJ did attend all our needs and we need to thank him for the readiness and support. All staff in the island is very friendly and ready to help, what was marvelous. The staff work hard to maintain beaches and islands tidy. Sailing with the ''house'' sailor was fantastic. The vegetation is luxuriant and provide sufficient shade while walking around. If Snorkeling is a passion once you arrive in the island, head directly to the Diving center peer and start your snorkeling around the reef. Don't forget to bring your fins and your snorkeling mask with you. Bring short fins and avoid touching the corals....many destroyed but we also saw some recovering what was very good to see. Turtles, Nurse Sharks, Lobster, Sting rays and so many other sea creatures. All vehicles are electric.

Resort is quite big with multiple islands and bit crowded. Not ideal for people looking for smaller resorts with fewer people. Commuting from one island to other (for example watersports) can take quite a bit of time.

Location was very good - 40mt speed boat ride from Male Airport. Water sports activities and food was very good. Pricing is good compared to peer resorts in Maldives

There was not much to dislike, the food was OK, but not amazing, that said there was plenty of options for all tastes. The use of the electric carts on the walkway to the water villa nearly led to an accident at night, but that was only once. The carts also were the only thing that made the villas shake slightly, even the sea lapping underneath never had anywhere near the same effect.

The resorts focus on a sustainability made it different from many other places and you could see that commitment in action. While it was a big resort there was plenty of privacy, the service and waiting staff were superb and attentive and there was both plenty to do or you could just keep yourself to yourself. The facilities were lovely, they were excellent for the price paid.

Excursions are very expensive and it is not possible to visit the entire island. A good part is closed and another forbidden to children.

Overall the price of the activities are expensive, considering the price that you already pay for the stay. Also the cost of the transport, could be more reasonable or allow guests to use other transport companies. A couple of suggestions, the host being a nice idea we didn’t felt it achieved the expected result and the full board could include at least one drink per person at dinner.

The location is very good, the property is super well kept, the buffet food is wonderful, with a lot of variety. The staff is very friendly and polite, always willing to assist. And the easiness of observing wildlife, via snorkelling or just sitting around. The manta rays are a bonus!

Everything was so overpriced and you had no choice but to pay and miss out. If you go half board, you can't change the meal plan from dinner to lunch so you would need to pay for two meals if you wanted to try the a la carte at any point
