Minor technical issue with the TV that would turn on by itself after a few seconds of switching it off using the remote. The screen was bright when it turned on during the night.

Near to the airport and the hotel's shuttle service was professionally handled. Clean room and toilet. Enough space to keep luggage. Hotel staff provided bottled water even when we didn't get the room to be cleaned for one day (out of our courtesy to save resources). Friendly staff who checked on us, recommend activities and places to visit. Walking distance to shops (eateries, souvenir shops, cafes). The hotel is cozy with a restaurant in the front and a nice eating place on the rooftop. Just cross a street to access the beach. The sunrise and night sky view from the room balcony are wonderful too.

In the night, the phone rang and when we answered the call was cut. Later again front desk called, and asked how our stay is, this is fine, But timing should be considered

The floor in our room was very dirty and the towel for the floor seemed rather used. And when showering the entire bathroom was soaking as there was no shower curtains

I hope your receptionist can improve in terms of tone of voice and friendliness. A first impression lasts forever, and unfortunately, she did not make a very positive one.

The beachfront hotel is fantastic. The staff at the rooftop restaurant were wonderful, especially Dider, who was incredibly friendly and approachable. The other team members were also great. My room was clean, and the room attendants were very friendly.

They don't have an elevator but there will be a staff to help you with your luggage to bring to your room.

The hotel location is on the beach front and near walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The room is clean and the staff are fast to respond with your questions. The bed is more than enough for a couple or even if your family can fit. The Toilet is not small and has a good size.

In need of a little renovation. Door locks a little dodgy. Creaky and hard bed. No light switches near bed. Breakfast options are very limited, especially for vegans.

Prime location on the nicest beach in Hulhumale. Excellent sea view. Good aircon. Lots of nearby restaurants. Easy access to the airport.

The hotel is my first choice when I come to Hulhulmale due to the location and the friendly and supporting staff. The communication with Amy and Ansar at the reception is always easy going, the transfer from the airport well organized. As I visit the hotel frequently, they surprised me with a room upgrade, so I could enjoy sea view.

Water from the shower leaks into the water closet area. Thankfully, the powerful air-conditioning and gulley in the water closet area speeds up the drying.

Helpful and friendly staff, Amy. Good ala carte menu, tasty food. Room service available. Lovely rooftop dining in the adjacent building that belongs to the hotel. Near the beach. Lovely watching locals swim in the 'swimming pool' in the sea.

Mostly the staffs very friendly and helpful 😊 I would like to thank receptionist female attendant i forgot to ask name, very professional and attentive to guest needs . I can say everything was organized with full privacy and the way I requested.
