We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaStaff at the reception desk and concierge were not always very friendly or helpful. I prepaid my stay and I was still asked to leave a deposit which takes 3 to 5 days to receive back on my credit card once released from the hotel.

United KingdomThe hotel hosts a lot of business events during our week long stay, so there were lots of smartly dressed people amongst casual holiday makers.
The whole stay was fantastic, rooms are big and very comfortable. As we have young children, sometime the maid will surprise us cute animals shaped from towels, which is an extraordinary touch we didn't expect.

We were very lucky to be upgraded upon arrival as a honeymoon surprise which was a lovely touch from the hotel staff. We ended up with a tower room with our own private terrace. The room was lovely and clean, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, polite and very helpful. We had dinner 2 nights in Palio's restaurant and 1 night in ORVM. All 3 meals were beautiful and we wished we'd used the hotel restaurants all 4 nights. Everything about the hotel just made our honeymoon perfect.

St Julian’s Bay is overdeveloped and the surrounding area unpleasant. However the Westin property is well separated and has the best location away from the overdeveloped town and the hotel is attractive, well laid out and has excellent facilities. Good restaurants and an excellent buffet breakfast but it could be noisy and crowded at times. A good fitness centre and We enjoyed swimming in the sea with its beautifully clean water. Great size bedroom and we appreciated the two large beds, sadly the Bathroom was on the small side. All staff were friendly and attentive and really contributed to our great experience…..nothing was too much trouble.

Relaxed and relaxing. Chairs by the sea work well - kids tend to stay up by the pool which meant less noise (we've served our time as parents of kiddies!). Food was fine. Not much for vegetarians/vegan among us but chef was ay pains to sort us out; could not have been nicer; wanting to be more helpful. Lovely.

Some staff were inexperienced and didn’t handle themselves well (one member sought the need to explain to me what choux pasty should taste like when I didn’t like the dessert and thought it as dry - having eaten it at many Michelin star restaurants).
Property was excellent, food was divine especially at the terrace/bar and the different pool levels were fantastic! Allowed for peaceful holiday

United KingdomOne big problem is the spa area inside the hotel. Local people come to the gym and swimming pool, I had to turn around a couple of times and go back to the room with the children. Too many people who are not guests. You need to make an improvement and solve the problem.
We had a wonderful vacation, the hotel is very comfortable and modernly decorated. Srdjan from the reception is very professional, kind and always willing to help. The breakfast is at the level of the best hotels in the world...
