We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The Phoenicia really is exceptional. Excellent facilities including the outdoor infinity pool that runs alongside the old bastion wall, and the indoor pool and spa. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast selection, lounge area, bar and restaurant. The hotel was extremely clean, with room service clearing our room twice a day. It's also in a brilliant location, just outside the city walls of Valetta, meaning we could easily walk into the city in the evening for meals, drinks and live music. The hotel also has a concierge able to assist with planning day trips and arranging anything you require. We've stayed here before, and will certainly do so again in future.

Excellent location, well laid out, extremely clean and well managed. The staff were friendly and attentive. The common areas felt welcoming. All the in house restaurants were very high quality.

The room was excellent, well equipped, serviced twicw a day by superb cleaning staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good with a very good range of foods, staff again excellent. Club bar and Palm Court lounge were well staffed with a good range of everything. The outside pool area was good with excellent themed nights Monday to Friday. Good range of choices in the Contessa restaurant for evening dinner.
