You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomDouble bed was a little hard and uncomfortable. The sofa in the living space is a sofa bad and needs replacing. It was also slighlty uncomfortable. Car parking on the street is almost impossible later in the day/evening. We turned up at 8pm and there we no spaces and the gargage key had not been provided at the start. Apartment block was a little difficult to find in the dark (it is opposite "Corsair Diving" and "This and That") . On a couple of occassions, we couldn't get in or out of garage as people park in front of it! The lift only goes to fourth floor, the aparment is on 6th floor. The pool is nice, however, it is overlooked by four apartment blocks and their balconies. And there is lack of sunbeds, they usually get taken very quickly! (towels put on them!)
Great location for visiting Malta. We used as a base to go to Valletta (pre book the Co-Catherdal in advance and walk straight in) and Gozo, and various other places. Keys were put in a lock box to gain entry to the front of the apartment, access to lift (keyfob needed - don't lose it!) and key to apartment. Spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms (one double, and two singles), plenty of storage space. Kitchen well stocked, though could do with a bread knife. We met the owner's mum on our last day, really nice lady with gumption! (she told someone off for hogging the lift and then made a taxi move out of the way when we wanted to leave). We were allowed to leave our bags there until 2.30pm, which was a great help. A garage space is available if you use a car for 6 euros per night. It is two levels below the apartment, entrance opposite "This and That"). The owner did send use useful videos on whattsapp to help find the apartment and garage. Well stocked Spar shop just up the road, and a lovely shop called "Maypole" with fresh bread a short walk. Don't use the ATM across the road as it charges 3.95 euros in addition to any charges your bank or card adds. There is a cashpoint at Bank of Valletta a short walk away or HSBC near the waterfront with no charges added by either bank (though your bank or card may do of course). I used fee free cards and can confirm no cash fees when using these cashpoints.

Bathrooms small but enough, living-room area accommodating, community pools wonderful, particularly if, as it happened in our case, strong winds make bathing in the sea difficult. Clean and well-appointed.
