The air-conditioning unit on the balcony took up lots of space, was very loud and pumped out hot air, so the balcony wasn't as much of a relaxing or comfortable place to be. The rooftop pool is VERY chlorinated and will turn anything light coloured or blonde hair green, so be careful to wear dark bikinis!

The apartments were very spacious and well equipped. Frequent servicing meant we didn't need to worry about cleaning the floors/bathrooms or buying things like toilet roll. The staff were very friendly and accommodating for our needs. Any issues we had in the apartment were seen to immediately and without issue, the hotel uses WhatsApp to stay in instant communication with guests which is really useful 🥰 the apartments are a stones throw from the bus station and all the local restaurants and bars, and a short walk away from local beaches/swimming spots. Plenty of transport/taxis available to go further too. On our last day the staff made sure we got as late a check out as possible, stored our luggage safely for us and made available a shower room so we could freshen up before our late flight - for no extra cost! Really made a huge difference and very appreciated 👏

Nothing to do with the Park Lane, but it’s surrounded by rather downmarket pubs and restaurants… but that seems to be what much of Malta is like.

Very nice and spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures on the website. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good strong shower and always had plenty of hot water. Huge fridge and good kitchen facilities for a small apartment. Roof top pool is small but fine to cool off in and we always managed to get a sun lounger when we went up. Its location is right by the bus station which is great for getting around the rest of the island.

The house itself was very good. Elisabeth, the receptionist was super kind to us. They let us take a shower in the shower room before our flight, even though we’re already checked out.

Really good location. Short 5 minute walk to a beach and plenty of shops and restaurants around. Bus station is 50 metres down the road so if you want to explore the island it is very easy by bus.

Very clean and convenient hotel, I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. The Central location was wonderful. The bus stop which will take you almost anywhere around the island is right across the street. The kitchen in the room is fully equipped. Overall very positive experience.

Left luggage was not in a locked room but next to the lift. When I questioned this practice they were moved into the office.

I am really looking for something to say. They are not on the beach, but even that is an advantage being 5 mins walk in either directoon to different beaches,.

Very helpful, friendly staff. The room staff were very good. The reception staff and management were very friendly and helpful. Nice to find a smaller hotel that ticks all the boxes. Being smaller, they also are personal unlike the chains. Would definitely recommend.

I suggest that an adapter for the kettle be supplied as the kettle plug was two prong European style and the best socket in the kitchen to use was UK style. I had my own adaptor that I was not using as the plug sockets same as UK so not a problem for me. On the roof pool is a door that leads direct into a bedroom, lucky if you have the room! A chain across the entrance would help let people know its not the door to the lifts or toilets. These are VERY petty things but I had to dig hard to find negative.

Impressive Air Con reception, very clean. Staff on reception 24/7. VERY VERY helpful. Lift to all floors. Stair case too, well lit and clean. Rooms equipment as good as home, Oven with child safety lock, induction hob, all utensils, toaster, led kettle, coffee machine, tap water filter, Fire blanket, fire extinguisher, wash up liquid, dish cloth, tea towel, selection of glasses. Bowls, tin opener all the things needed to cook if you wanted too. Double glaze so very quiet when windows closed. AC and ceiling fan. Decoration in rooms superb, Beds very comfortable, clothes storage ample, safe in wardrobe, hand wash and shower wash, shaving mirror, power for shaver, walk in shower, spacious. Location is brilliant, local bus stations yards away, police station yards away, Wellbees supermarket for big shop , gift shops, beach, Chinese, Indian, patisseries, mini markets, I could go on, Well def stay here again, for longer too, even use for weekends if available. Has to be the best place in Malta. UK plug sockets. Neighbours in next room agreed with me wholeheartedly and they been going to Malta for 40 years, Park Lane is going to be their first port of call they said.

Apartments across from the hotel looked a bit rough not that it affected our holiday whatsoever. The hotel itself was the tops and I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends.

The staff were genuinely amazing and so helpful from word go. Our room was great and had everything you needed.
