Hard to say, everything was really good. The music downstairs was a bit loud at the pool, but that is a family area, the rooftop adults only area was really relaxing. Medusa bar was sometimes a bit loud (speakers pointed directly to our room) in the evening, but the music was always turned down well before midnight, we had very relaxing nights.

It really has everything a 4 star hotel should have. The bed was huge and really comfortable, even for 10 days the breakfast was tasty and had a great variety. The rooftop pool and bar is amazing, especially the gentleman with the blue glasses making fantastic coktails. And additionally the bar is also open in the evening, with the large sunbeds. (Sofas?) The beach pools are also great, especially that there is a direct connection to them under the road. The restaurant at the beach was also pretty good. To get to the sea you have to come out of the hotel and walk down (there are no sunbeds or so) but there are ladders to get in, if you want to go for a swim. If you are looking for a place in Malta, look no further.

Buffet food was good, but after a couple days, you end up repeating a lot of the same dishes. Not a critic, just an improvement point to improve the experience.

The staff is amazing, always making sure you're having a great experience! Bishnu, from the cleaning service, always let our room tidy up! On arrival, as we got here after dinner time was closed, Prashant from reception also provided a quick meal from the 24/7 cafeteria free of charge. Truly great place to stay!

How is this not a 5* hotel? We received a complimentary upgrade to the Deluxe suite and it was by far the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The rooftop pool is incredible, so much to do in and around the hotel. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of dishes. All staff were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Will 100% be back again, than you AX ODYCY for making our stay in Malta all the more memorable.

The hotel is truly wonderful! They accommodated us in a large family room and all service was so amazingly kind and helpful. Location is great too. Once we get back in Malta we will book this hotel again.

The elevators were slow, considering they have quite a lot or them, we could wait a long time to get in them. Minor negative though and it didn’t affect our amazing stay here & we will be booking to go back.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The pools, food, staff & cleanliness were outstanding. Perfect views and our room was immaculate and cleaned every day!!! Absolutely stunning holiday. Pools & slides were fantastic & we went with a disabled family member and everywhere was accessible for them. We will 100% be booking the same hotel for next year. - Sadly the indoor swimming pool was out of service, access to more pools (apart from the 2 outdoor ones) would have been nice.

The lift system wasn’t great but there is another lift towards the stairs that worked perfectly well.

The rooms and lovely and cleaned to a high standard every day, and the facilities are amazing! There were so many things for our kids to do and they especially loved the kids club where all of the staff were amazing. Riccardo and Luzzu across the road are both delicious and have great pay areas for the kids to play in.

No room service No allergens on any of the buffet food at breakfast Went for lunch in the Italian on site, the menu said no dairy in the bolognese yet it was laced with cheese and would make me so ill Spa and gym weren’t clear they were across the road Watery cocktails at the pool bar and the chat from the workers was a little awkward it went like this “did you come here last summer I recognise you?” Some lady even felt the need to say “sorry I’m married” but they said it to everyone and we were in ear shot to here it being wheeled out each time Man in the coffee shop was super miserable The lifts are far to slow for the size of the hotel - no air con in communal areas and everyone was fed up every time you tried to get a lift to top floors The whole security and towel situation doesn’t make you feel comfortable- you can’t leave your bed really without your towel being removed and I’m not talking getting out of bed and hogging them to go back to bed or breakfast, even if you want to hop back to your room or lunch later in the day It’s too strict - absolutely the first couple of hours no reserving but once you’ve settled for the day - it’s a little extreme

Kids club were amazing! We never leave our daughter in the kids club aboard but she had a blast! We really felt at ease leaving her with them. Couldn’t fault the staff in the hotel always greeted with a smile and a hello. Main thing for us is our daughter really enjoyed the stay.
