The location of the hotel is great. The service was really nice and kind (Thank you Mohammed Abjal Ahmed!). The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, and we had many vegetarian options. By the way, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Indoor pool extremely noisy - sound may be put lower as it got too much with the people shouting.

Beautiful property with lots of amenities and eateries. Staff are amazing - they somehow realized it was my daughter's birthday and decorated the bed for her! One of the best breakfasts we've ever experienced - even catering for low fat diets. Adults- only rooftop pool, restaurant and bar.

Even though this is a big hotel which was full it didn’t feel like it was. Plenty of room and lots of places to sit and chill out. The hotel felt very upmarket but with relatively low prices.

The breakfast was somewhat basic. Couldn’t get soda for breakfast. Wierd that when paying for all inclusive we couldn’t take a glass of pepsi up to the room. Rules for all inclusive could be more specified.

The reception staff who checked us in wasn’t friendly at all. Doing his work as if it was a chore. It wasn’t a good first impression. All the other staff (housekeeping, pool, restaurants) are very warm and friendly. Unlike other hotels, they don’t provide packed breakfast if you have to leave earlier than 530am for your flight.

New and clean. Room is spacious - our standard/comfort room fits the 3 of us comfortably. An extra bed was provided without an extra charge. It has a balcony which really helps in drying wet swimsuits. The main outdoor pool is great with slides - fun for kids and adults too. Direct access to the indoor pool which is brilliant and it has a jacuzzi. Amazing housekeeping team. Service was excellent and really friendly. Bishnu and Umesh did a great job in cleaning our room and our daughter loved the towel creation they always made for us. Even the supervisor/manager came to see us with a small token to take home on our final night there.

Great place to stay, and even greater service! You can find everything you would ever need for a great and relaxing stay in this hotel. We only asked for breakfast so I cannot say how the other meals are but the breakfast is amazing! The restaurants connected to the hotel are all serving great and delicious meals and they are not at all overpriced so you can eat great meals on an amazing price. The cleaning team does a great job as well, especially Anil and Iryna who always made sure that our room is always clean and nice! :)

There was a foul odour from the outside environment. The local council needs to do more about the foul odour whether it is from the sewage or not as this was a daily distraction and not the hotel fault.

The location was excellent, seafront with good view. The staffs were all very friendly, customer service was great, there were a good variety of vegetarian food. There are also a variety of bars for chilling out. The Espresso Café is one to enjoy if you crave a hot drink and cake at night as it is opened 24hrs a day, and all inclusive. The live entertainment music was nice and keeps up with the atmosphere.

It's not that I didn't like something- we liked everything. But for knowledge- we stayed for 7 days and breakfast didn't change, every day the same. Breakfast was deli shes and there was everything you needed for brakfast and you can even drink prosecco.

All was perfect,the guy from reception updated our room to deluxe on the 9th floor without an extra charge. Rooms were really nice,the pool area - perfect,You can use adults only jacuzzi's and infinity pools on 12th floor with amazing views and on the first floor quite a big pool for families + sliding tubes for kids,starting at 1,1m height.

Most of the time the bars were great - on a couple of occasions the bar were a little slow or tricky to find seating in the Side Street bar. The Cheeky Monkey restaurant need a better burger.

We were all inclusive so had access to buffet restaurants, bars and three speciality restaurants. The rooftop restaurant - Minoa - is absolutely amazing food. Michelin star level. Housekeeping excellent - we had a small problem which they fixed immediately. Buffet restaurant during the weekend really is the best time.

That there wasn't drinks price list for premium drinks for non all inclusive and a set of proper cocktails for non all inclusive guests. The cocktails were poor. Ran out of diet Pepsi for the last 3 days and beer for a couple days. The choice of tonic water was very poor. Need a premium tonic water for guns etc.

We had a fantastic stay at AX ODYCY. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were first class! The design of the whole complex was unique and very clever! The location was great, there were plenty of restaurant and bar options around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
