Children should not be allowed in the spa at any hour. It is no longer relaxing at all with kids screaming. The food I had was average.

Good location next to restaurants and lovely promenade. The new pool is very nice. Comfortable room. Good gym. It was nice to have a smart tv where you could watch your own streaming shows.

The indoor pool has an entry timing restriction for children, as outdoor pool was too cold for us in April we needed to wait till 7pm to enter indoor pool.

Location is great, walking distance to Sliema and St.Julians

The level of service provided by all members of staff was exceptional. The manager did a tour of the hotel property everyday, asking residents and staff if everything is okay. It felt like all the staff had a genuine interest in you having an amazing experience. The staff, from the room cleaners, breakfast area and reception staff were just on another level with regard to how professional they were. I can’t thank the staff enough for making my family’s stay an absolute amazing experience.

We stayed at Malta Marriott Resort and Spa to celebrate our second wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our celebrations were made extra special, welcoming us with a decorated room and personal card of congratulations. In addition to the personal effort made, the facilities of the Resort were tremendous. The spa and fitness centre provided the relaxation needed, and the location of the hotel was convenient for public transport sightseeing. We will be staying with Marriott again wherever possible

We are so pleased we chose Malta Marriott Hotel to celebrate our 40th anniversary and to share the experience with family, exploring Malta for the first time. Our stay was an absolute treat! The Marriot team were wonderfully welcoming, helpful and professional. Although our arrival time was a few hours before normal check-in, the room for my husband and I was ready and we were able to have access straight away, such a bonus after an early start from the UK. Both our rooms were spacious, light, airy with nice aspects, both were well appointed, immaculately clean and comfortable. The Marriott knew we were celebrating 40 years of marriage and we were delighted to find a beautiful display of towels crafted into swans, scattered with petals upon the bed. Such a lovely touch to personalise the room for us. We were later presented with a chilled bottle of sparking wine, some chocolates, two slices of delicious patisseries and a card from the Marriott team, a wonderful surprise that was so thoughtful. We enjoyed the use of the three pools and spa the hotel has to offer and it was good to relax on a sunbed with a cocktail, listening to the sound of the birds and the breeze in the plants and trees dotted around the pool. Breakfast was a real treat and of excellent quality, well presented and organised. Freshly squeezed oranges, smoked salmon, charcuterie, cheeses, nuts, seeds, olives, fruit, bacon, sausage, eggs, omelettes, pastries and more were available. General Manager, Alex, made regular visits during breakfast for a friendly chat with guests. Assuring things were well, Alex obviously leads by good example, the whole team were attentive and polite. Balluta Bay, Spinola Bay and Exiles Bay are on the doorstep and it was nice to spend some time locally as well as explore the islands. Malta, Gozo and the Maltese people and cats were a pleasure ... and most of all a big thank you to everyone at the Malta Marriott! We definitely plan to stay again.

Only real niggle was the lack of drawers in the room. There was one small drawer in one of the bedside tables and that was it.

Great location, staff were all really helpful, spotless room. Spa and gym area a real bonus although the jacuzzi was broken while we were there.
