Bathroom in need of redecoration. A bit tired for the money. No option to eat outside of an evening. Hotel driver friendly but expensive- use Bolt instead!

Pool was fabulous. Staff attentive & friendly. View lovely from my enormous balcony. Lovely big room, plenty of bottled water provided. Big choice at breakfast. A big slope/lots of steps to get out of the hotel may be a problem for some, but once out an easy walk into town and some fabulous restaurants

Getting to Valletta requires 70 steps and a short very steep climb. On warmer days would only recommend the walk for fit people! The hotel only offer a complimentary taxi at 10:00 and 18:00 so we used Uber to get there and back as it was cheaper than the 12 euro the hotel asked. The service at front of house and housekeeping was excellent. Hospitality service varied from good to poor, the pool side restaurant on the day we visited for lunch was laughably appalling.

Easy to reach swimming pool and bar and dining rooms. Lovely staff, friendly and efficient .loved having a bath in the bathroom rather than just a shower.

The only pedestrian access to the town has a dangerous blind corner. I think the hotel should address this for guests. It’s also a difficult blind bend as a driver. Was unaware that there is a free driver service to the town. Lovely helpful staff but had to ask

There was nowhere to sit outside to have a drink in the evening, they did open half way through holiday a bar area to show football. Inside area to drink, was dull with no atmosphere and average piano playing.

Dated furniture in bedroom. Too many steps to get out of hotel as at a guess the average age of guests was quite elderly. I personally struggled to get out of the hotel to walk up the hill to Valletta. All food I purchased poolside I paid cash for. However when checking out of the hotel I was given a bill for unpaid food which I was told I had round the pool area. I was not given any receipts for any food I bought poolside so I had no evidence that I had paid. However the problem was sorted out at reception. I did question why receipts are not given on cash food purchases and that this should be looked at.

Lovely pool area. Good sunbeds. Good breakfast choice.provided us with free bottled water for our rooms. Good air con in room. Shampoos etc were replaced every day. Beds were made every day.

Hotel rooms are outdated…and it’s over priced for what it is. £700 for 3 nights bed and breakfast only is way too expensive comparing it to other hotels I’ve stayed in across Europe…definitely not worth that much, but still a nice hotel overall

The hotel is quite dated and could do with renovating / redecorating in places but overall a lovely stay and clean which is most important! The bathrooms should also be updated as they currently have shower curtains which I personally don’t like.

Pool toilets were under construction so had to venture into the hotel Dinner was a little expensive to have in the hotel but the location was great and so ventured into the main town

Freshly made Eggs, Omelette and crapes - good choice of different foods, fresh fruit, fresh juices - every thing fresh and good selection of bread and pastries Room spacious and airy - good views of pool and sea Pool staff/bar staff so friendly and welcoming - actually all the staff were very friendly and helpful Good entertainment in the evening Great trips especially the private driver trip to Gozo and good price Lovely pool

Rooms were a bit on the tired side (needed a coat of paint perhaps). Lots of bus tour groups made it very busy at times particularly at breakfast.

We loved the location. Close to the old town and right on the Mediterranean. Loved the pool area at sunset. Rooms were spacious. Lovely breakfasts. Turn down service at night was a treat.

Our room would get particularly warm at night. It didn’t seem like you could get it any cooler at the lowest setting on the AC. Rooms are also seeing their age, although there is something nostalgic about the overall decor.

The rooms are clean and the staff was gracious and accommodating. We were given a welcome drink as we checked in, which was a nice touch. The location is great and there is an offset bar that is open 24 hours. The included morning breakfast is robust and our family loved it. You have so many choices from omelettes to crêpes, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, and cheeses, the list goes on. Amazing pool and private beach.

Just a little ‘dated’ … the shower was lovely once we had worked out how to use it The fridge … someone must have fiddled with the setting… our milk was frozen 🥶 The hairdryer … not expected for 5 star ⭐️
