The reception put us first into a room overlooking at a mural and a courtyard, the room was stinking from the mold. I did not accept the room and complained about it at the reception. The second room where we were accommodated was suitable to sleep in with windows and sunlight.

The breakfast was delicious and abundant with a wide choice of variety. Fruit plates, pastry, rolls, marmalades, coffee station. That was fantastic.

Location is great, close to the sea, restaurants and all hustle bustle of Sliema. You can walk to the Harbour or take various forms of public transportation. Large room with all you need for a budget stay. Breakfast on site, staff was very kind.

Con - Being next to a bar, it can be noisy, but not all the time. - There are no windows, only the balcony door, and if you want to ventilate, all the bugs will come in. - There is no refrigerator in the room. - Although the air conditioning works fine, the water drain hose is on the balcony, so the water ends up on the balcony (we put a bottle there and solved it). - The bathroom is quite small, the drain doesn't work properly in the shower, and it quickly fills up with water like a bathtub. - On the last day, we found out that the sink was clogged, and water was draining from it as well. - The bed is large but very noisy, and the blanket is covered with sheets, there is no duvet cover, which makes the sheets move during the night and it is very unpleasant. - There is no room freshener, so the room has a strange smell. - The doors are of very poor quality.

Pro: - The location is very good, between the two main attractions, Valletta and St. Julian's. - 2 minutes from the bus station. - There are restaurants and bars next to the hotel, and in the hotel reception there are vending machines, a coffee machine, and drinks to buy. - Very friendly staff. - The breakfast is quite versatile and tasty (unfortunately, it ends at 9:00 AM). - The air conditioning works very well and cools the room immediately. - The sea view is awesome. - There is a small plastic table on the balcony. - There is a safe, extra pillows, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo...) - There is also a power socket with a European adapter, only one in our case, the rest were British type. - There is an elevator. - Hot water comes very quickly, and the water pressure is okay.

A lot of works going on My room had 1 window leading to a tiny passage of air con back bits that made a huge amount of noise throughout the night Was paper thin walls, could hear everything in the room next to me and outside. People switching rooms at 3am

The bed was uncomfortable. The doors and windows were in poor condition and looked unpleasant, as did the ceiling in the room.

The hotel has a convenient location by the sea and a 24/7 reception. The room was clean and had a decent renovation in the bathroom, including a good shower.

We were very satisfied with this accommodation. It has perfect position, bus station is about 100 m from here and ferry to Valletta about 15 minutes walk. Nice wiev to the sea. Room is simple but comfortable and enough to satisfy. Breakfast excellent.

The room was clean after all but we found some cockroaches.First one big in the 2nd floor of the hotel and then a small one in the bathroom.A little bad smell in the hotel also.

Good location if you want to be near Valetta (25 minutes with the bus) and near Saint Julian's (12 minutes).It has good price for the location.
