This property is a traditional Maltese townhouse renovated to an extremely high standard. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with big, comfortable beds, lots of storage space, and the shower in our bathroom was huge! We opted for a sea view and on opening the shutters when we arrived, we were quite taken aback by how beautiful it was. The whole place felt solid and secure, and although we didn't meet the owners in person, communication was good and we knew they were available if we needed them. Codes for the main door and our room were provided the day before our trip and everything was exactly as promised. The location is excellent, with many recommended places of interest practically on the doorstep. A short walk around the corner takes you to a myriad of enticing little bars, coffee shops, and places to eat. Our visit was fantastic from beginning to end and I can't recommend it highly enough!

Great location, five minute walk from the centre of Valletta. Rooms are spotlessly clean and so comfortable and luxurious. Fresh bottles of water every day. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Valletta!

The location was excellent and centrally located. Easy to get to all places. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. We had a divine complimentary bottle of Red wine to welcome us and our water was replenished each day. Comfortable bed and a bar fridge - making the stay most enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and our view was incredible. Thank you for your hospitality.

Room became quite hot without the air conditioning on - but the aircon was very good. Access to Battery House was via a cobblestone pedestrian street - not a problem for us but you need to be able to negotiate your luggage

Excellent location in old city with easy access to bus station and ferries. Amazing views from rooftop patio. Large clean bathroom. Bed comfortable and all amenities such as coffee maker and drinks fridge refreshed each day. Elevator. It was wonderful waking up in the morning and watching the sun rise over the harbour while the boats ferried around.

To access the hotel you need to walk down (or up if approached from the lower end of the street) steps which make up the entire width of the street. The steps are fine but keep them in mind if you have a heavy case.

Great location to visit Valletta. Spacious, comfortable and quiet room. Didn't meet staff but they were easy to contact.

Very small niggle, no socket near a mirror to dry your hair

All recommendations for this accommodation. He fulfilled all our expectations. The location of the property is fantastic, close to all tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants. The accommodation was more than expected. The room has everything you need : a coffee machine, a kettle, various types of tea, several types of coffee, wine, juices... The interior leaves you breathless. They cleaned our room every day. The room was clean and fragrant. Special thanks to Elaine, who provided us with all the information in a timely manner. We landed very early so they allowed us to enter the accommodation earlier. We will certainly recommend it to everyone and I hope to return one day again. With love Ena & Ivan

The lift was playing up whilst we were there and, if you had a lot of luggage, not being able to park a car right outside might be an issue.

This property is in a superb location for exploring Valetta, just outside the really touristy area and close to the bus station. Our taxi driver did have difficulty finding it though and you cannot take a car to the entrance. Not all rooms have views, but if you do get a view across the Grand Harbour, it is superb. The complimentary bar was a real bonus, especially when arriving late the first night. There are no staff on site, but they responded very quickly via WhatsApp

The lift was out of order for a short while but this was fixed as soon as possible.

I came to Malta to celebrate my 30th birthday and this accommodation certainly didn't disappoint. I went for the double room with the sea view and the view was exceptional! Elaine was friendly and helpful as well as the cleaner. The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, with a large shower and comfy bed. The building is outside the steps of Valletta but in a quiet area so minimal disruptions. Complimentary tea/coffee/drinks was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to restaurants, shops yet quietly situated in a beautiful cobbled street. Close to all attractions, Gozo fast ferry and convenient car parking at MCP. Easy check in/out. Great coffee close by at the The Bagel Hole. Would stay again.

The elevator in the building didn't work one day and we were on the 3rd floor. The door code didn't work when we arrived but they were able to solve that right away.

The elevator was not working upon arrival and the last day of my trip. It’s no one’s fault but it was unfortunate as I was on the 4th floor.

Easy to find, great location. Central but quiet. Nice linens and towels. Complimentary bottle of wine in the room and liquor with mixers in the lobby was a nice touch. Host very responsive with any questions I had.

Nothing really. If I’m being really picky maybe some bath robes and slippers in the room. No iron in room but the staff were super and anything that was needed like this the help via WhatsApp was terrific.

Lovely large room with a beautiful view. Some nice touches like the free complimentary drinks in the hallway. Very good communication via WhatsApp.
