The hotel misses the human touch. Staff are working like robots, smile is rare. At the reception they are even seem being annoyed by the guests. Cook is from India, if you like Indian cuisine this is a paradise for you, otherwise not that much. We were there 4 nights, out of them 3 times there was teriyaki chicken.... Fans are very loud in the room, we were complaining but nothing was done. Once we had no towel in the room, because the washing machine went wrong...

There wasn't smart TV, very dark in the bathroom, even with the lights on. If you go with the partner, it will be not very comfortable to sleep because there was two separate beds together, and in the middle of them there was a space

The room was big, clean, very close to the Cirkewwa Ferry Port, around 3 minutes by car, nice and friendly staff. Food was also good. Nice views from the restaurant

Nothing to dislike.

A fabulous hotel. We found all the staff very helpful and pleasant, especially the bar staff in the lobby bar. We had a junior suite which was fabulous. The hotel is a little out the way, but that suited us fine. Good breakfast with plenty to choose from. The Customer Liaison Manager, Martin was very helpful and friendly.

There was a bad smell in the room, which the staff tried to remove, but it was impossible, unfortunately. Concerning the breakfast, we had the impression that targetting more the quality rather than the quantity would help (however the breakfast was not bad at all).

We really appreciated the location, the kindness of the staff and the numerous facilities of the hotel. From there, reaching Gozo, Comino and also the beatiful Paradise Bay, Ghedira Bay and Golden Bay is super easy. We also enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools

The Restaurant next door was disappointing. High prices, food and drinks war not special enough for the price.

This hotel managed to impress me with the way every employee is dedicated to satisfying the guests, without crossing the line between being welcoming and being obsequious. The location is beautiful, with the sea right outside the hotel. The beaches are easily accessible by bus, which takes only 5 to 10 minutes, and the bus stop is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel pool is very well positioned, offering a sea view while also being private. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the most commendable aspect is the hotel staff, who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and are always available to assist with anything you need.

Just the northern most of Malta. But if you like a quiet place this one is for you

Everything is wonderful. You will be welcomed by the staff nicely. The room has the great view since we got the ensuite with sea view. The food is so delicious and there are alot to choose from. The indoor and outdoor pool is also a plus.

Not a lot in the local area. We had a car so it didn’t matter but there being a few local restaurants etc would have been the icing on the cake.

Large, clean comfortable rooms, great food, extremely helpful staff. Enough going on during the evenings to enjoy ourselves without being too busy or overrun. Blue Lagoon cruises from outside the hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean room and very well kept facilities. Large variety of excellent food accompanied by life music during dinner, offered great entertainment. Lovely , peaceful views from hotel room too Greatly recommend it. Already booked another stay in september.

Just a little thing. Very Kind but not enough people/workers to Handle such big amount of guests. This Will change i Guess. Its a great hotel!

Nice hotel, kind people, great breakfast! Live music with widely cool buffet dinner inside the hotel! Good location for ferry, boat tours, Popeye village and some beaches. Gozo, Comino, Blue Lagoon is very close by Bluewaveswatersports. Use Uber for some closely Spots. Better! All in all, IT was a great value who targets the northern area! Thank you for everything!

No food to purchase between 3:30pm-6:30pm - this made it very difficult traveling with a toddler who may need a boost in energy in between lunch and dinner & also not really many places around to purchase food from. I hope the hotel will offer more options for snacks/food during these hours in the future.

The carpet on the floor of the common area was too dirty．

The location was excellent． Although the breakfast menu was not changed in 4 days, it was still an excellent one．🙂
