We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saint LuciaJust a little touch up in the bathroom. We had breakfast for 5 days and the scramble eggs every morning was horrible but I guess thats how the french people like it. On our last day there was omelettes which I enjoyed. Everything on tv was in french. I managed to change the settings to english but some channels still remained in french. Sucks as there was a few nice movies at evening.
The front desk staff was very helpful -- we arrived at 12 and the mistress was kind enough to assist with storing our bags so we can head back to town. She also gave us a european adapter so we can charge our phones during our stay. From calling our taxi on numerous occasions. The lady at breakfast (looks like a super or manager was really kind. The pool was big enough, we only took a dip once as we were always wondering around the town. Breakfast was great, wide variety. Location of the hotel was about 15 mins by feet. We usually walked to town but took the bus or taxi to head back up as its a bit steep.

CanadaIn the evening there was a man that was at the front desk who said they did not have any chargers and he clearly did not look since in the morning the staff woman had one (I forgot her name). And he always looked annoyed when we asked questions, not very professional for tourist industry.
One of the girls in the morning (Unfortunately forgot her name) was kind enough to lend us a charger as ours was not fit for the European electrical outlets. She was very friendly and understanding of how important it is to have internet connections.

NetherlandsThe hotel is starting to be in need of some maintenance and painting. It's simple wear and tear but needs to be addressed. One of the wings was being renovated, so perhaps they are already working on it. The breakfast buffet was good but a bit simple.
The staff at Karibea Squash was very helpful and friendly. The location is good with a wonderful view to the harbor and bay from the poolside and restaurant. It's about a 15-minute walk downtown.

Saint LuciaI guess we didn’t know the restaurant was reserved for a particular large group and we had to wait for them to be served before we could have been served. We couldn’t wait as it was after 1:00pm so we ventured elsewhere to have lunch. Also, the bar opens too late; we could have sat and enjoyed a cold drink while we waited for our room, even if we were hungry. Nothing to keep us on property while we waited.
What made the biggest difference for me was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. The two gentlemen at the front desk weren’t very helpful and friendly. Made our stay feel very much at home. Exceptional service from the front desk staff. Breakfast was good but the service from the staff topped it all off. Thanks for have us! Will recommend to anyone 👍🏾
