“Flexible host. Was able to leave my bag while I hiked. You can walk to town. I walked to start of hike (Montagne Peleé) well hitching a ride up to trailhead. Staff are friendly.”
“A gem in the middle of nowhere. Located in the mountains with an amazing view onto the volcan, the sea, the nature. The domaine itself is already an activity to do with Anais, the owner: discovering her vanilla production, and fruits and other secrets. They have over 30 peacocks and chickens and other birds, so it can get noisy, but what a delightful discovery for the kids!
The house itself was clean and well equipped. We used the outside kitchen and it was perfect, with our frequent visitors (chickens and peacocks).”

The houskeeper Laurence was very helpful and friendly- she even arranged for us char coal for the barbecue.
