Vegetarian food is not available easily. Restaurants are closing at 10:00 pm, I think it’s too early. Four seasons service is much better than Venatian. I stayed in both so I can tell the difference and both hotels are connected.

Poor In setup direction signs. Have to use the app to navigate on the shopping floor. But when the phone battery is low it's hard to find the right place to go. Current signs are not very helpful. Bed/matress is tooo soft, it could be a little firmer to support the back esp after a long day of sitting or walking

Unfortunately there is a pungent smell of cigarette smoke in elevators and some corridors. This is a result of in house guests disregarding the no smoking policy . A disgrace . They should be ashamed and be removed .

Spacious Rooms , and very comfortable. Location is the best in Macau . Hotel linked to Parisian , Londoner , For Seasons , etc all Under roof . Wonderful malls too .

Might be good if there is a specific place for hotel breakfast. Ended up eating at food court which is expensive and not nice. Macdonalds is too far into a corner.

I liked how the hotel is accessible to many places and the staff are generally quite helpful. Hotel room is spacious and worth the money.

My wife and I had a magnificent time at The Venetian Macao on the occasion of our anniversary. The hotel's opulent design and sprawling layout immediately captivated us, reminiscent of the grandeur of Venice. Our suite was exceptionally spacious and luxurious, offering all the comforts we could wish for. The elegant decor, plush bedding, and well-appointed bathroom made our stay incredibly comfortable. The Cotai Strip view from our room was stunning, adding to the overall experience. The variety of activities and entertainment options within the hotel was impressive. We enjoyed exploring the Grand Canal Shoppes, and high-end stores. The attention to detail in replicating the Venetian experience was truly commendable. The casino off course was the highlight of our visit. It was vast and lively, offering a wide range of games and a thrilling atmosphere. Even as non-gamblers, we enjoyed the energy and excitement of the casino floor. We also had an incredible experience at teamLab SuperNature Macao located inside Venetian. The immersive digital art installations were mesmerizing and truly unique. Each room offered a captivating blend of art, technology, and nature that engaged all our senses. Our favorite installation was the "Crystal Universe" Overall, our experience at The Venetian Macao was unforgettable.
