Technology-wise things are a bit outdated. If there is streaming service e.g. netflix, youtube provided that would be great

Location, and the ocean wing facing the SE direction, balcony is perfect for watching sunrising. Like the Sauna too

The bus service. Given that the strip actually isn't that far away it seems somewhat odd that the regular bus service doesn't go on a loop and take the most direct route, or go on a loop. The hotel shuttle is great but it doesn't. run all the time

The building and furniture were too old and outdated. and the toilet flushing itself several times at night while sleeping was terrifying

There was an issue with air conditioning in the room and the temperature was uncomfortable. Upon raising this with reception, some one came to the room at 10 pm and after spending 30 mins just said it needs deep cleaning and nothing could be done to fix. We were offered to be moved to a different room but who would like to do that in middle of night with kids. I would expect basic amenities be checked before allocating rooms to guests

Issue I have is transport. It is very difficult to get a taxi from the hotel. This is very stressful especially after a most enjoyable experience at the hotel. Ideally the hotel should have access to ‘ hotel cars’ which can be booked or a scheduled bus service to macau ferry pier

The lack of taxis at the hotel and at macau ferry terminal

We fully enjoyed it and the staff were super helpful and friendly and pool is great and gets the sun all day. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. Rooms were big and having a big balcony was a bonus So glad its having a painting makeover as it's a lovely big hotel.

An over all update of the whole place would be even better. We are old timers and stayed at this place 30 years ago with fond memories. The black sand beach nearby needs a clean up.

Breakfast was very nice with enough varieties for everyone! And delicious too!

The location is a bit far from main street. When we checked in, the staff asked me to open the credit card as deposit. And when checking out, they said it will be return automatically after around 7 days from check out. But today is 10days later and still didn't get back. It was 500MOP.

The breakfast was good. Cozy and nice room condition. It was a vacation with my friend and we loved to stay in Grand Coloane. Swimming pool was absolutely fine. Also we could take a shuttle bus to leave the resort.

We stayed there 5 yrs ago previously. Issues....no bus or hotel transfers from ferry pier or Macau town . Expensive transport every day. Even locally to Fernando's. Out door pool wonderful but 40 ç. So inside pool only. Condition of hotel..... well worn. Some late night dog issues on way back walk from village to hotel. No other transport available.

The best champagne and caviar.....special ....brilliant . Fantastic room service. Clean and friendly. Inside pool great temperature.

If there is shuttle service....even better.....but there would be more customers and noisier.😔Perhaps shuttle services but less frequent.

Didn't try the breakfast. Looks good on the menu. Had Chinese dinner and staff was polite and helpful. Not many customers,though. However, the quiet and relaxing admosphere offers a different mood. We liked it and enjoyed.

*taxi booking -taxi booking (going to HK ferry terminal) made on check in day was not done -Therefore have to ask taxi booking on departure day but been canceled even though i was at entrance 5 minuets in advance * Gym machine is not under maintenance -hopefully keep at least 2 treadmill active

-enough space for the price -room services is quick and delicious -house keeping is very flexible and perfect

Some small things could be fixed like ants in the room. Also it would be nice to be able to have a lunch not only before 3pm. We were refused to have a lunch in the hotel 2 times.

We love this hotel , already spent vacation here and will come here again. It needs renovation but is lovely anyway. Pool is great and kids' playing room too.

The shuttle service was not as advertised, which was one of the key factors in booking the hotel. The shuttle only runs on Saturday and Sunday but this isn’t stated on the website. We also couldn’t get the shuttle leaving the hotel as it was over capacity.

Nice buffet breakfast, very spacious rooms and balconies, nice pools and setting by the beach.
