There was water leaking in the bathroom which made it slippery. We had to specifically request cleaning and stocking-up on toilet paper in the room. Internet connection wasn't good, however, not the property's fault at all.

The location is fantastic, rooms are very spacious with high quality furniture and bathroom and the view from the balcony is great. Breakfast was delicious. Some staff were very helpful, kind and friendly.

Some problems with the Internet in the rooms. There was no hot water at 4-6 in the morning . Some smell in the room, but if you open the balcony door, it is ok. If the housekeeping staff refreshes the rooms when they clean, I don't think there would be a problem with the smell anymore.

Very big and comfortable room with a balcony in the city centre. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices, actually a proper balkan breakfast (very satisfied ) . Very nice staff, especially the night reception ones.

The wifi was really bad, no wifi in the room. we had plans to go somewhere else after Skopje, so it was inconvenient that the wifi wasn't working. It would be better if they improved that.

Breakfast was good! The staff was friendly. There is a parking lot, but the hotel's parking lot was full so we parked in another lot. However, it was good that the hotel covered the parking fee.

The view from my room was bad.

Location of this hotel was perfect - it was only some minutes walk away from the main sights of Skopje (Old Bazaar, Macedonia Square). Reception is working 24/7, so it's very good place to stay for people who should arrive at nighttime. Administrators at the reception desk were friendly and polite. Breakfast was very delicious and abundant.

Water wasn’t always warm in the shower, and bathroom could be better equipped with necessities (toilet paper).

The room had everything we needed, plus a fridge which was great! Also very good location to walk into the old bazaar or the city centre. Parking is very convenient and free, but we were lucky to get a space as it can be very busy, and sometimes the car was blocked in. Staff were very friendly, especially one receptionist (on the evenings during the week) but I didn’t know her name.

A great little base to explore Skopje from, opting for a deluxe room with balcony is worth the extra cost if you can afford it. The design is unusual but it seems to in-keeping with be the Macedonian eclectic style!

No elevator

The location is great, very close to the center of the old bazaar. we didn’t use the car to see the touristic attractions. There is no problem with the parking spot. Sanela, the receptionist, helped us to find our parking place and we didn’t pay extra money for the parking spot. The breakfast was very delicious. There were so many options to eat for the breakfast and it was delicious. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, and this was a problem for us. we had to take the clothes that we will wear the next day. It was complicated for us. But overall, it’s worth the price.

Finding the hotel was very difficult. Since we were driving from the other side, it was simply impossible to see it, and the GPS coordinates were inaccurate. After agonizingly pushing through our tight schedule, we finally found a place not too far away and were able to get our bearings. If there were photos of the hotel from the street side - that might have helped, but alas. The WiFi is very weak and it was impossible to have a steady signal at all locations in a fairly small room. This basically made it impossible to use the WiFi

great breakfast. The hotel is an old style hotel located in the very center. Which is convenient, but creates a lot of problems for parking. We could not find a parking space near the hotel - only at the paid parking in the garage - 17 hours for 900 dinars - about 15 euros. Credit cards were not accepted, and the "cashier" tried to make another 5 euros on us... At check-in we were offered to move the car closer to the evening to the parking lot at the hotel, but there was too little space for our big car there.

A wardrobe for hanging clothes would have been nice, & also shelf next to the wash basin for toiletries, but these are just minor points that didn’t concern me too much.

The location is excellent being very near the old town & within walking distance of the airport bus stop at the holiday inn. The room was comfortable & clean & the shower was powerful with constant hot water. The buffet breakfast was amazing with a huge choice & when I told the chef I had a gluten intolerance, he told me which of the items on offer were gluten free & even gluten free bread was available. The hotel receptionists are friendly & helpful & the hotel is open 24 hours a bonus for people arriving very late. I wanted to stay again at the end of my travelling around Macedonia but unfortunately it was fully booked.
