The location was great, just a couple of meters from the lake. The free parking option was fantastic bonus in a rather congested area. The was friendly. The breakfast, provided by the host at a nearby restaurant, was very good. The owner provided useful advice.

Great location in the heart of Ohrid with an excellent host. Communication and handover of the keys was pretty smooth . We booked the whole penthouse suite with one bedroom/bathroom on ground floor /one bedroom /bathroom on upper floor. Very clean and friendly decorated. Would definitely stay again!

The location was the best and very central. Sparkly clean and very cosy, few meters from the lake (but no view over it). Biljana, the host, could not be better, very helpful and friendly, and you can just follow her recommendations to get the maximum of your trip.

We loved everything about the property! Perhaps the only thing that surprised me (and this is my fault for not reading the description and looking at the pictures more closely) is that the apartment has two sleeping spaces (two bedrooms) but there are no doors separating the living spaces so whilst ideal for a family it may be less ideal for couples traveling together who may want complete privacy.

Port Villa is a small family owned hotel with two rooms which have every amenity a guest could need for a good time in Ohrid. However, beyond the clean rooms, great location or the amenities on offer, it was the host, Biljana, that makes Port Villa an amazing place to visit. I have never been more welcomed and cared for in any hotel or b&b. Biljana is always available to answer questions and is often at Port Villa, without being intrusive. She came with us to the port to make sure we were getting a good deal on our boat tour and called Tikves Winery to make sure we had a same-day reservation before making the journey. Do visit Port Villa on your next journey to Ohrid, you won’t be disappointed! Biljana is also opening a small cafe in the coming weeks so it will be even easier to enjoy your coffee in the morning without hassle.

Awesome location close to everything. Amazing host. Biljana is beautiful, carring and very attentive host. Absolutely perfect. We got back from the beach and we found our room tidy, cleaned and towels replaced. On our surprise we even had a home made wine as a welcome gift. Everything exceeded our expectations!

We are travelling more than 25 years via booking and we had a lot of great hosts, great apartments, but Biljana, our host and owner is really something special, like Ohrid’s pearl is. So worm welcome we never experienced. She was 24/7 ready to give advice what to visit, where to eat, and make our 5 day stay absolutely perfect. Perfect location, literally on the lake. Parking place in front of the apartment. Apartment on two levels, two bathrooms, one on each floor. Very clean. Standard breakfast in nearby restaurant (one minute by foot).

The apartment is in the center of the old town. There are shops and restorants near by. The hostess was very kind and responsive person. On the departure, she surprised us with gifts. It was very nice.
