Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The appartment is perfect, as shown on photos. The host is pleasant, she asked me when we are arriving and explained how to get the keys and later came to meet us. It is close to a market, to the main walking street and the lake itself. Private parking is a big big plus!

FranceAmazing apartment, ideally located a 5 minute walk from the lake but in a quiet residential area. The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We slept like kings. And the hosts were so kind! They even picked us up at the bus station. I had an accident during my stay and they were kind enough to lend me a pair of crutches. The bed is very comfortable, the AC works a charm, and the washing machine was a great added bonus! Would stay again.

I can't fault this place, everything was amazing. The couple who run the apartment are such kind people and really went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had the best time. The apartment was fantastic, spotlessly clean, quiet, with everything you need for a comfortable stay and attention to detail. The location was perfect, in a quiet residential area close walking distance to everything.

SloveniaThe apartment was super clean and brand new. It is directly in the city centre - 10 min walk to the lake where you pass many nice shops and restaurants. The turkish market is 3 min walk away where you can buy all kind of fruit and vegetables. If you travel by car the garage in the basement is top. Also the owners are really nice people. They gave us very good tips what to visit and what to see. I recommend this host.
