Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is spotless clean, modern and looks very new. You can find everything you need here, and if you need something else, the host will help you as soon as possible. The place has an absolutely marvelous view, its close to the Ohrid lake and the main town attractions. We highly recommend it and would come here again.

Probably the best option in Ohrid old town. Hosts welcome you like you were part of their family. Everything is near and really good coffee and other drinks are available at the cafeteria. Most importantly, it's quiet at night.

This was a last minute booking, but the hosts were responsive and made sure to communicate all the details that would make my arrival at the property very smooth. The room is extremely and meticulously clean. I think it beats many 5 star hotels with the level of cleanliness that the house offers. Top notch hospitality. In fact, the hosts made me feel like I am home (genuinely). Location is walking distance to almost everywhere. I did not need a car at all while there. Finally, this was my first time to visit Ohrid lake and staying in many grandparents house made my stay remarkable. Great value for money.

My Grandparents House is a boutique apartment/hotel in the heart of the old town of Ohrid. The rooms are clean, comfortable and unbelievably inexpensive for what they offer. Everything one needs is there, also tea and coffee. Our room did not have a balcony, but there is a small terrace infront of the building where you can sit and relax in the morning or in the evening and watch people pass by. The house is in the quiet area, but if you let your windows open it can get a bit noisy in the morning (cars, motorcycles). The parking space was in front of the house, other options were also really close by. Naum is one of the best hosts I have ever met, he was always at hand (through WhatsApp) and helping us with a lot of tips for restaurants and trips in the area. The experience could not have been better.

The place is so cute. It is a small house but decorated so well and you can relax with quietude. The owner Eli is the so interested in us and prepared everything we can use. If I come Ohrid again, definitely I will stay here again

The kitchenette had all the basics, but maybe a little salt and pepper and a pair of scissors would have made it even better.

Eli was very kind and responsive! The apartment was squaky clean, the bed was comfortable, there were enough towels and there’s even a water tank in the hallway. The location was top-notch and parking was not a problem. I highly recommend this!

We had a great stay here! We were only there for a very short time but the location was great, located in the heart of the old town! Naum and Eli were lovely and even waited for us very late at night after our flight had been delayed! They were very accomodating and answered any questions we had!

We are so delighted! This lovely house is the best we've ever stayed. Actually, we have never slept so well. We have evreything we needed. The appartment is so clean and comfort. Eli and Naum is one of the nicest persons and owners we've ever met. They were there for us in every situation: to text us, to find us a parking place, to give any advice. It was the best holiday in our lives and in the world as well. We are eagerly waiting to visit them again. And stay longer than six days 🙂❤️

Professionalism and at the same time heartfelt hospitality characterises Eli and Naum, the owners of Grandparents House. Situated in excellent location close to all monuments and entertainment, still provides all the quiet you need. The room is super clean and wonderfully scented (!) with everything you might need for a short stay. We cannot recommend Grandparents House enough! Eli and Naum thank you for everything.

Very perfect, new and modern apartment, spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, fully functional. The landlord proactively contacted us and waited for us to check in. There is a free public parking space at the entrance, which is very good. It is very close to all scenic spots and can be reached by walking

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel consists of 3 rooms. We were 6 people and there was no one else in the hotel but us. Naum helped us a lot with places to visit and eat. When we first arrived at the hotel, he was waiting for us at the door. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. They even put dispenser size bottled water. It was great to fill our bottles with water. Umbrella, iron, hair dryer are all available.

Excellent accommodation. One of the best we have stayed in. Clean, warm and comfortable. Good location, near lake and Old Town. Everything you must see in Ohrid is available by foot. Owners, Eli and Naum are more than welcoming and friendly. All recommendations.

Nice room well furnished in a renovated house located in the old city, near the roman theatre. Few car space around. Comfortable bed. You can visit all the main attractions by feet. The owners are nice. Good place to stay in Ohrid.
