The pool was a BIG dissapointment! No sunbeds provided, the pool was apparently for families coming from outside taking all the space. It's a disgrace you don't think about your hotel guests! No coffee or red wine allowed in the room. The 2 things I enjoy drinking. The breakfast was a joke for a so called 5 star hotel. They don't fill up when it's all taken. No eggs or omlets for me! Only hardboiled. The location was not good at all and apparently it's hard to get taxis when you do they are unfriendly and rude! I am really sorry to say that I am happy I was only there for one night. Noisy kids everywhere!

Hotel is really old, and need outside reconstruction

Breakfast is excellent. All staff was very polide, especially, waiters on the outside pool restaurant, including chef Miki. Garden is also nice, whole atmosphere, for leasure, SPA and relax

The hotel location doesn't offer much outdoor experience, however it's compensated with the comfortable option inside the hotel, including the spa and the nice outdoor pool area

Staff is super professional and friendly, offering highly valuable service and making the stay more pleasant. The breakfast is rich with wide variety of food for any type of diet. Cleanness in the room and in the entire hotel is on high level

The staff seemed kinda arrogant. In my room, there were open bars left that were almost perfectly situated to don't look open. The spa was a bit slippery.

The whole interior of the hotel is nice and aesthetically good-looking. The spa is included in the price and it's fine for the amount paid. Overall, for the amount of money paid, the hotel is fine.

The lady who was meant to be at the reception was absent when we arrived, and after ringing the bell a couple of times and knocking on the door, she finally abruptly appeared without greeting us whatsoever. She then proceeded to mechanically ask questions about which border entry point we came from, etc. Thankfully, the reception lady upon check-out was much nicer and apologised on behalf of her colleague, which was greatly appreciated. The spa area was very nice, however the hammam was out of service and and the jacuzzi had not been cleaned as there was a lot of dead skin floating. The breakfast was not tasty, lacking many options and there were only low-quality products. As for the room was fine, however, there was a lot of random rubbish under the bed and the floor was not clean Lastly, despite the fact that check-out time was expressly agreed at 12:00, the cleaning lady started banging on the door without interruption at 10:45, not even waiting for a response, which was extremely startling and unsettling.

The price is quite good for what is offered, however it is definitely not up to 5-star hotel standards.

In the evening there was no hot water in bathroom, lately in the evening after 11PM finally arrives.

Spa is good, (small) pool, infra red sauna, sauna and jacuzzi.

I didn't like the water in jacuzzi it was oily and dirty. It was because previous users did not clean them self before entering the tub. There should be someone to supervise users.

I liked food, breakfast and the clean and comfortable room.

The bathroom is in need of a maintenance,other than that I have nothing negative for the property

The communal areas of the hotel need more cleaning, especially the windows. The breakfast tastes good, but the buffet is small and not very varied. By the time we arrived for breakfast, a lot of the food containers were empty and a few of them were only replenished after we were done eating.

The entire hotel looks amazing, from communal areas to individual rooms. It's outside of town, so the area is quiet.

Loud music from pool and bar till 01:00, becouse our apartment was above. For family with children it was not pleasant.

It starts to need update and renovation. We were in this hotel 4 years ago, and you can tell the time has passed. But the only thing we didn't like was our check in The lady at the desk was not very friendly. Quick explanations and it seemed she wanted to get rid of us. We booked "pay at the property" and the hotel took the card deposit aiming to return the money when we pay on the venue. That never happened. The lady at the desk was not motivated to discuss this with us. "All is payed, thats it". At the breakfast, we felt rushed although we were the only one left in the hotel that morning. I felt embarrassed to order my (paid) breakfast since it seemed that we were boring the staff. Pitty. Otherwise everything was as expected

The breakfast selection is rich, with lots of fruits and veg and local specialties, but the eggs and bacon were cold (same as the last year when we stayed there) and there is almost zero selection of bread (only toast and something similar to croissant).

Calm hotel rooms, good beds, nice bathroom. Excellent service at the pool restaurant, good food and excellent wines.
