Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Darki was a great host, and was available to meet us at the property even though we arrived later in the evening. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance from all of the major sights in Ohrid. It was large, well furnished and comfortable. I would definitely come back here the next time I am in Ohrid!

SerbiaThe parking is free on the street in front of the building, but most of the time there were no free parking spaces. We had to wait approximately 20min each day for a space to free.
The apartment was brand new and very spacious. 🙌🏻 It was very well equipped with appliances and very clean. The location is best you can get in Ohrid, 2 min walking from main street, bakery, grocery shops and old town. Building and apartment are wheelchair accessible with elevator and ramp.

The apartment was very spacious! We loved having 2 toilets. The apartment was in walking distance of everything we needed. Draki was a wonderful host and told us everything we needed to know and even helped us out with extra nights accommodation when we mistakenly booked one night less. Would highly recommend!

AustraliaWhilst it doesn’t have a washing machine, they do provide a free laundry service (overnight). The walls are quite thin so you could hear other residents in the hallway and sometimes some of the water going through the pipes from other apartments however you couldn’t hear noise from other apartments which was great. They could do with some hooks or shelves in the bathroom as there isn’t anywhere to leave your things in there other than the basin. There isn’t an actual allocated parking spot for the apartment but free street parking outside the apartment and if we couldn’t find a spot, the hosts would be there to help us find one.
Excellent location, beautiful new apartment which is well equipped. Bathroom plus extra WC was great. Quality fridge and freezer and kitchen appliances. Hosts provided outstanding customer service during our stay. Pay TV included and building has a lift. Everything was super clean.

North MacedoniaThis is by far the best place I've stayed in Ohrid so far. Everything is new, clean and tidy. Plenty of natural light in the rooms. The host is really friendly and even accepted our special requests without any problems. Free parking on the street and the location is less than 5 min walk to the lake and the city centre. I highly recommend it to everyone.
