Bed sheets were bad, it must be bigger to be more comfortable. The glasses and the other kitchen tools were not clean enough. And also there should have been shampoo in the bathroom

New apparment in the city centre. Apparment is with good bed and kich with good equipment. All thet you need is on few steps for 5-10 minutes. I RECOMMEND

Extra moder apartment in the city centre. come later and for the owner its was ni problem, he was so nice and helpful. Apartment wos clean and have good smells:) Apartment have everything thae you need and is on very good location.

The apartment was very clean , spacious and comfortable, really comfy bad and pillows. Location is excellent, 2 minute to central square and everything is near , you dont need car. Very friendly owner , he wait us front of the building and explain everything that is need to see. I recommend.

Apartment is very modern, clean and with very good location. The bad is very good and the internet is fast. Kitchen is with very good equipment and we have all that we need for few days. Central Square is on 1 min., old town on 5 min, nearly is bus station for bus for Canyon Matka and Mountain Vodno. Teh owner is very easy to communicate on Whatsapp, he is 24/7 :) I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT.

Apart from the good location, the apartment has nothing else to offer. Even though we only used it for one night, it doesn't mean that we should sleep in dirt, squeaky bed, dirty sheets and not have the basic clean things to make ourselves a coffee. The bathroom is so untidy that it was awful for us to use it, absolutely every element - the toilet, the sink, the shower cabin, were last cleaned who knows when. The shower curtain is at least 30 cm shorter, so you flood the entire bathroom when you shower. The air conditioner barely worked, it seemed like it would break at any moment, and the apartment is on the last floor. The walls are so smeared and stained, the nightstands and the dining table were full of dust and dirt, as well as the kitchen elements and facilities. I'm leaving the pictures below as proof. On top of all that, we were charged for parking behind the building, which the owner of the apartment certainly has access to, the whole €5. Even though the owner was nice to us, it can't compensate for the messiness. Very bad experience for us.

Relly good and clean apartment in the center of the city. The location is perfect, apartment is with new furniture and kitchen , have everything thats is need . The bed is comfortable . I definitely recommend.

We do not believe this apartment was cleaned (rubbish found in cupboards and hairs in shower etc) nor sheets changed (sheets also do not fit properly and holes were in pillow linen) prior to our arrival for our 5 night stay and the average stay seems to be 1 night according to Booking.com reviews. The internet was not working on our arrival and had to fix this issue ourselves. This apartment has several things broken – eg shower nozzle holder, shelf, blind and others. There is no iron supplied. Only toilet paper hand cleaner are provided. Heating on Air Conditioner is not good. The kitchen cooking facilities/cookware are very very very basic. Cups/glasses/plates only basic cutlery and no tea towel supplied. There is no reception at the premises. Owner meets you on site if you can find it!! Property is extremely difficult to find (booking.com/google maps are different) and even the locals do not know where this apartment is located. The owner only accepts Cash payment.

Location is good (if you can find it)!! Apartment is quiet but you can hear the lift when in use.
