You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe entire property is so tastefully designed and well-maintained. Owner Marion, her family, and team were warm and helpful the entire stay, and I still dream about breakfast by the pool with those fresh French pastries and fruit smoothies. The hotel is secluded and located in a quiet part of the island, and we loved being able to swim/kayak out to Îlet Pinel right next to the bay: beautiful beach with a polite crowd and beachside bar. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be back.

United StatesWe spent an evening at the Le Martin Boutique and really enjoyed it. The proprietor Marion was so friendly and took excellent care of us. Since the hotel was only open for a month when we arrived, everything was very new and modern. There are only 6 rooms so the hotel is not very crowded, and felt like a quiet, peaceful sanctuary all to ourselves. The pool area is beautiful, rooms are clean and modern with spectacular views of the water. There is not a dinner restaurant on site, so Marion arranged a taxi to and from Grand Case (you can also order delivery if you want). The breakfast in the morning was much more substantial than I had expected, and we ate delicious French pastries and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel! We feel lucky to have found it
