We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We ask for house cleaning and light up the house cleaning for new towels, but unfortunately when we come back to room at night, the room service didn’t come you our room for cleaning and new towels. So we called reception, no one answered, we went to reception and it was empty.. we wait until morning to take shower :(

So much to like about this hotel, The room the view the food the location but most of all the Staff were excellent. after missing my flight due to a power cut they helped me arrange a transfer from Croatia.

And as a minor detail: we were surprised that coffee and tea bags which are available in the room are additionally charged if used. This was probably stated in minibar price list, but we overlooked it since it's not really part of a minibar and is highly unusual to be extra charged. I would suggest to hotel management to reconsider this decision (although minor detail, collecting those few euros in coins at check-out from surprised guests leaves small negative last impression to otherwise amazing experience at such great hotel).
Beautiful hotel with most beautiful view and sunset from the balcony, especially if room is on higher floors. Our room was larger than usual hotel rooms, with very comfortable bed and bathroom. Hotel staff is very kind and attentive to guests, especially young gentleman at the reception at the time of our check-in, who made sure that our stay remains an unforgettable experience! Spa area is extraordinary, completely private setup, which is very unique and very much appreciated. Rooms, spa and hotel in general is very clean and beautifully designed. We will gladly come back to Hotel Zeta anytime!

United States Minor Outlying IslandsGreat view from a the balcony! Very clean and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Good and convenient breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Good location near lots of restaurants and a small grocery store. We had a rental car and were able to find parking on the roads around the hotel (might have been harder if we traveled during high season). We were able to use the spa facilities for an hour (jacuzzi, saunas, lounge) which was a very nice addition.

AlbaniaParking can be a bit challenging on summer. We were out of season, and found a place on the street. The SPA space is moderate, but the atmosphere is great, and the cleanless also.
Enjoyed my stay here so much. The staff was great. Really polite and ready to help. The room very comfortable, clean, and with plenty of facilities. The view from the room: outstanding. Breakfast also.

Budva can be reached by foot as it is approx. one hour walking distance along the beachside.
