Maintenance should be done a bit better, and furniture could be upgraded to elevate the experience.

It's a good value for money, you have everything you'd need, and the host was nice. Parking was provided, WiFi was good. It is located near Perast, which was convenient for site seeing.

Rooms are a little run down and in need of new linen as yellow stain on pillow (would be avoided with having pillow case covers).

The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Great location and views from balcony. The tortoises were an unexpected lovely surprise to see 🐢

It could be cleaner.

We have red the negative comments, so we were prepared for the worst, but the room was okay. It is big, the bay is visible from the balcony, the apartment hotel is well reachable, the beach is five minutes walk. The staff was very kind. Wifi was working.

We were welcomed nicely and check-in was comfortable. The guest house is located very closely to the sea and Risan is a calm place in the bay of Kotor. The breakfast which you can get additionally is delicious.

We stayed in a spacious room with kitchen and bathroom. It felt like a mini-apartment. The highlight is the large family of turtles that live in a little yard there. The walk down to the seaside is easy. I would suggest walking to the town from the apartments since parking isn't the easiest.

We stayed for 4 nights and the room wasn’t refreshed meaning that the bin wasn’t emptied, the shower didn’t drain very well.

The internet connection was very weak We were there for only one night, when we arrive they took our passports and planned to return them the next day by 10am. To pay a city tax. But we needed to leave earlier. After a long discussion and agreement that we will go to pay it on our own, we got our passports back. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just take a picture of our documents, like they do everywhere.

very poor hygiene. The room was not properly cleaned when we entered. We were told there will be a daily trash service but our trash was taken out once for the 6 days we were there (and that only after we complained). The room was not made up once during our stay. there were ants in the kitchen area. Matrace very uncomfortable and bumpy. We were instructed incorrectly a couple of times about how to make sure there is hot water in the apsrtment (the switch did not work properly) so there was not always hot water (or at one point even water at all). The shower cabin drain also did not work and we needed to be extra careful not to flood the bathroom. I would not recommend staying here unfortunately. I did not expect a 5 star place, but the simple basics (such as good hygiene and working shower) should be possible.

If you want breakfast (5€), you have to order it a day before from the reception. We had breakfast for two mornings, ordered it for 9.00. But both times we had to wait for a long time (35-50 minutes). It seemed as if they had forgotten our order or it didn't reach the kitchen a night before. But even though, the breakfast was really good and I would suggest it, but not if you are in a hurry. We stayed for a week and during that time room service didn't visit once.

Very good location, great fully equipped room with strong AC, large bed and a beautiful view over the bay from the balcony. Plenty of parking space if you're travelling by car. The staff is friendly and we loved the pet turtles in the yard. It's at a quiet neighbourhood and close to the beach (2 minute walk) and Risan centre (5-7 minute walk).

the town is a nice calm place in close proximity to Kotor and others. the property is located in a walking distance from the shore and town center. Room was clean and pretty comfortable. Wi-Fi the best I got in Montenegro. the owners of the property were extremely nice and helpful, spoke English and Russian well. However there was one person at the reception who was pretty incompetent, and gave us a wrong room but spoke too poor English to handle the situation, not to mention that she seemed irritated with the fact that we arrived later than we specified on booking (but within the reception opening hours) - luckily the owners came and save the situation- so the incident didn’t impact my overall opinion of this place. I recommend it

Relatively ok, fully equiped studio with small kitchen. Old simple beds and matraces and broken shower, but highlight of the service of the young lady at the reception.
