We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

This is a newly renovated hotel with comfortable rooms. The old city can be reached in max. 10 minutes by foot. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We were here with the baby and got an upgrade of the room for free as well as a baby cot.The breakfast is spacious and very delicious. The hotel offers its own parking space, which is very important in the city centre.

We liked the attitude of the staff the most - very friendly, accommodating. Answered all our questions, told us where to go and what to see, even gave us an umbrella when we drove to the beach. The room was very clean and nothing bad can be said. The view of the room was on the mountains - very beautiful. Breakfast - excellent, only the coffee could have been better, but that's a matter of taste. It was possible to park the car for free. Good location - 5-10 minutes to the beach and restaurants. The nearest shop is a 2-minute walk away.
