Prehaps a toaster, but really it was very good

As it was not a hotel I did not expect to have towels hand soap etc. so was pleased to find it. We used the cab from the hotel to pick us up at the airport, and he took us into the apartment gave us the keys showed us around. There were fruit trees all around and we were told that we could pick as many as we liked. we had two balconies, bedroom with a double bed and living room with a pull out sofa into a double bed, which was made up straight away we asked. Kitchen has a 2 hob microwave but no toaster, short walk to beach

Large, beautiful, clean, and very quiet apartment with two balconies in opposite directions, both of them facing fruit and flower gardens full of mandarins, kiwi, lemons, pomegranates, persimmons, and bougainvillea. Superb location, 5 minute walk from the bus station and less than 15 minutes walk from the Old Town. Very friendly and warm hosts living in the same building and responding to any questions momentarily.

Nice apartment in a good location - 10 Min walk to the beach and 15 to 20 Mins to the old town. Apartment was clean and well equipped; it had everything we needed. We had a nice sunny balcony over looking the town and mountains. The apartment hosts were really nice, friendly and helpful. There are shops close by to buy food. Plenty of eating places close by.

Located in a perfect place within 10 minutes of walking distance to Old Town. It has all the basic necessities you need. For us a big bonus was the parking space. A little tricky to park if you don't have a small car. I would suggest you to drive it on reverse when you get to the place, so it's easier when exiting.

The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, and one of the three balcony chairs was broken, with another close to breaking.

The hosts were kind and attentive. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. We received fresh towels and bedsheets during our 7-day stay. The location is good—walking distance to the beach and old town, yet relatively quiet at night. They provide a free parking spot with natural shade. Recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

They asked for an additional 6 Euros as tax which was not included in Booking’s page and price. This is not right and I paid to not argue with the owner. Booking should adjust this or ban them from their web site. You can not ask customers for additional payment which is not included in the original agreement. This is a kind of fraud.

Great location - short walk to the beaches, quiet location. A nice little terrace to sit and rest after a busy day. Apartment very comfortable and clean and also offers a shuttle/ taxi service for the airport and we used this service to take us to and from lake Skadar and Kotor cable cars for a reasonable fee. very pleasant and accommodating friendly staff 😀

Location, mainly cause its not a nice walk to the old city with so many constructions and hard to find decent trail. The flat is on 3rd floor so some people can have trouble getting stuff up

Amazing localization - 10 min walk to Budva old town, shops, bakeres and coffe right around the corner. The apartment was spacious, nice and clean. From the big balcony we had a nice view of the mountain range surrounding Budva. A great asset was the private parking lot - it got a bit crowded and narrow but still managable to manouver. The land Lady is super lovely and helpfull, so all in all we can whole-heartedly recommend Apartments Elena.

When we were cooking, we wished that the stovetop was more hotter so it made cooking much slower. But it was an electric stove so it’s not their fault.

We absolutely loved this place! We went as a 6 people group and it was perfect. The place is very clean, they provide cooking utensils and the beds were comfy. They have a coffee machine and a sandwich maker. The location is great and many stores are close by. The owners were so kind and lovely to us and we could easily contact them through WhatsApp. If I have the chance to come to Budva again, I would keep this place in mind.

Located in the center of Budva but surrounded by bushes, parking lots are often free. Cosy apartments and chill vibes. Clean and safe. The stuff is really helpful. Recommended for couples and families 👍

There’s not much negatives we encountered in our trip..

Property was located near the centre of the city of budva, and you can visit the old town on foot with a 10-15 min walk. The owner was really nice and polite towards us. The rooms were neat and clean. Also the parking is free.
