We would throughly recommend staying at Sun and Sea Apartments. The apartments are in a great location with an easy walk into the centre. As a bonus, they are also located next to a well stocked mini market that does excellent takeaway pizzas! The apartments are spotless, spacious and have excellent amenities. We also appreciated the extra finishing touches, such as an honesty box to use the coffee machine and a cleaning service twice during our stay. Above all, the hospitality from Maja and her team cannot be faulted. Maja went above and beyond for us everyday during our stay, nothing was too much trouble and Maja went out of her way to ensure we optimised our stay in Budva.

The Sun and sea apartments are immaculately run apartments. The interiors are of a high standard as is the equipment and furnishings level of quality. But it’s the little details where they go over and above that makes this place special. The towels by the pool, the drinks fridge by the pool, shower by pool. The laundry room with powder provided and drying racks in apartments all over and above. On arrival a parking space for me with name and room number on bollard for my use throughout stay.. plus a very attentive host who met us within minutes and I constantly saw around the complex cleaning and tidying. Thanks you for a lovely stay

There is nothing that we didn’t like about our stay, we would definitely recommend the apartment.

The apartment was extremely clean, had everything you needed and was in a fantastic location to access the old town and the beaches, all within a 10 minute walk. The apartment had a small supermarket literally next door which had all your essentials as well as serving food for takeaway. But most importantly maja was a perfect host. She supported us with any queries we had, printed travel tickets for us and gave us loads of helpful information. She was on hand whatever the need.

Very very clean and confortable apartment, with air conditioning and a small terrace. Also the pool area is very nice and clean. Maja, the host is very helpful and a lovely person. The location is close to the beach and old town (15 minutes walk), in a quiet street.

Hostess Maja met us near the house, the parking was reserved even with names written. Maja was especially kind and caring. When entering the house and appartment, you notice, that hosts ar not just doing bussiness - they put their hearts in it. It is obviously seen in smallest details. Extremely clean. Very coasy. Perfect with kids. Perfect pool area. Good location -almost centre, but quiet. Special respect for supporting putler's aggression refugees!

Could do with an extra pillow

Very clean and staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Good laundry facilities which are available for use. Our room was also very spacious. The view from the top floor was very nice on the large balcony, but with that comes stairs!

Maja was a great host! I loved the way she speaks and guided us in every thing. Her communication was excellent. The room was very clean and there were small towel for make up as well :) we really enjoyed our room thank you :) we had to leave early in the morning and I informed Maja for it then she came to say goodbye face to face absolutely amazing what she has done! The accomodation is just 7-8 mins walk to the Budva beach side. Also Parking area is very good she reserved for us. Thank you Maja love you. Highly recommend it.

No view - I knew not all the rooms have a view but Bookjng offered me an upgrade to a room with a pool view which I didn’t have. The pool and pool area doesn’t really get much sun (morning only) so it’s not really an option to just hang around by the pool all day.

Fabulously clean, modern and spacious, and well maintained and serviced. 10-15 minutes from everything you need, plus 2 supermarkets and a bakery within a few minutes walk.
