Super owner, very friendly, polite and welcoming. Great location, max 10 minutes from the beach, 10-15 minutes drive to the city center. Very nice condition of the accommodation, great pool. We were after the high season, so there were not so many guests

Very clean & well kept with wonderfully kind and attentive owners. The pool was really nice and the groundkeeper took great care of everything every morning. Our apartment was large and had reliable air-condition, the owner was always available and had good suggestions and info about everything we needed.

This is an oasis in Ulcinj. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and our daughter loved the pool. When we were leaving, the owners had a gift for her because it was her birthday. They hosts had great recommendations for restaurants, where to get taxis and they have thought about every little detail. It’s a short drive to the beach and to the old town. It’s run by a lovely family, in a lovely community.

Wish we could have stayed for longer!!!

We had the most amazing time at Stanaj apartments. From the second we arrived we felt welcome and safe, looked after by Leo and his wonderful wife. Nothing was too much to ask and their relaxed and laid back personalities just added to the experience. Thank you so much for having us, we will be back!!

Wonderful place to stay. There are a lot of appartments for rent in Ulcinj but this one is the best one. At first when you enter the street you have the idea that you have landed on the wrong side of town with loads of crappy shops and tourist restaurants, but then you come to the appartment building and it is nice, quiet and well kept. It is very clean, well situated close to the very long sandy beaches, it has a wonderful pool. It is very well decorated, we stayed on the top floor app. 201, which houses 4 people with 2 bedrooms. It has a big balcony and airco units in the living room as well as separate ones in the bedrooms. Very comfortable. The beds are good and if needed there is a mattress topper available. Every employee is very friendly. Leo, the owner goes to great lenghts to make your stay as delightfull as possible. He is extremely helpfull and just a very relaxed host. He speaks English and German and gives good recommendations for restaurants. He even made a reservation for us at our top choice restaurant, Higo. We got the best table in the house. I can highly recommend this place. Would love to go back to this place in the future.

The owner was indeed one of the best facilities, haha. He was a very very nice man and helped with whatever we needed help from. The place is very clean and the pool is also spotless. The style reminded me a bit of Greek style. Go here if u want to have the best vacation!

Everything about this property is on the highest level. The host is so friendly, collaborative and always available for ant advise and help. The whole property and the rooms are super clean and we noticed that both host and his employees are paying a lot of their attention to all of the details.

A wonderful place to relax, cozy and quiet. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay (hair dryer, iron, clothes dryer), excellent air conditioning. The room's kitchen also had everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and a snack (there are all the necessary dishes, cutlery, and a kettle and even a small stove). The balcony of our room faces the garden and you can hear the singing of roosters and turkeys, it didn’t bother us during the day, but at night, if you close the balcony door, you can’t hear any sounds from there and you can sleep peacefully. The pool and area around it look great, a real island of peace. the water was always clean and at a comfortable temperature, the pool is large, so even if a lot of vacationers came, there was enough room for everyone. The sun loungers are very comfortable. We were allowed to stay with our dog and the hotel owners were very kind to him. The location of the hotel is also excellent: the beach is very close, several restaurants with very tasty food are nearby, as well as large and small shops nearby. far from the old town, but if you come by car, then this distance will not be a problem (I advise you to travel to different places around, Ulcinj is an amazing place with many interesting places and beaches. The town of Bar is also not very far away, which is also worth a visit, especially its old town with stunning mountain views) The hotel owners are very hospitable and nice people, they did the cleaning when we asked and asking if we needed anything else. Great place to stay in Montenegro. Great, clean swimming pool where you can chill and relax. Close to the sea. Apartments are big, clean, and modern. Kind and nice host, very helpful. With his recommendations, we visited several places unknown to tourists! Those places were amazing!
