The staff were super friendly, we arrived a few hours early and got an early check in with no problem. Our room was spacious and clean. The gym was great!! Very big and well equipped- best gym I've seen in a hotel so far. The breakfast was nice

Not really anything. It’s in walking distance to the Mall of Montenegro and less than 5 mins drive from the bus and train station.

I loved the location, aesthetic and atmosphere of the hotel. From the receptionist’s support to the comfort of my room and down to the state of the arts gym, everything was amazing.

Location close to the airport. Spotless clean. Amazing food at the restaurant and great breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows! Nice balcony and some amenities. Staff extra friendly and nice. We stayed for one night at the beginning of our trip and came back after our flight was delayed, the receptionist Maria was lovely and understanding of the situation. Lovely place.

Two small details (complaining at high level): 1) The "do not disturb/clean the room" sign in this hotel is ordered by an an electric tablet (not the usual manuel card that you simply put in front of the door). Difficult to understand how to use it because the instructions were set in a foreign language. 2)(Maybe this is rather a remark for booking.com than for the hotel itself): Besides the tourist city tax, the hotel also charged an obligatory insurance tax of 0,50€/day/person. This was not indicated in the expected fees. Other hotels (although not in Podgorica) did not charge it.

The hotel is easy to access by car, about 15 minutes from Podgorica airport. They have an outside and inside parking which was included in the price. The hotel shared a building with "local inhabitants" (first floors), the hotel being situated only on the upper floors, with a separate entry (easy to find). It looks quite modern, view of the city is irrelevant (only high buildings around). Room was clean, comfortable and the prices charged for room service etc. are very reasonable. The cities main attractions are between 15-60 minutes walking distance away. Having travelled throughout Montenegro for a longer stay, I would not recommend you to stay longer than 2 days in Podgorica city. This hotel is ideal for a 1-2 days’ stay: if you plan to visit the museums plan 2 days, otherwise one day is far from enough. Except for breakfast, it is comparable to Western European hotels having 4 stars.

We had two lunches in the hotel's restaurant and both times the food and service were delicious. The gym is simply super - a new equipment, not many people, free water/towels - all was super!

The bed was a bit hard for me, but that's my preference. Breakfast - it felt that not all vegetables and fruits were fresh, but overall it was OK.

It seems to be a new hotel, everything is well maintained and high quality. the room was very clean. the staff - very friendly, though sometimes struggled a bit with English. location is good, if you rent a car, it's easy to drive-out to your trips. "Rituals" amenities ! wow! that was a great surprise :-)
