I advise everyone this accommodation - simply SUPER! A wonderful owner - Rara - Radovan (Slavic soul), who met us at the parking lot, outside the Old Town of KOTOR. He arranged to leave the car in a reliable and safe place outside the Old Town (the Old Town with a car is simply impossible to enter by car, physically!), only 300 m from the room where we spend the night. The room is located in a building from the XV-XVI century, but it has all the comforts of the XXI century: extremely fast Internet, WiFi with a speed of over 100 Mbps! (usually in hotels WiFi is slow and rarely reaches 15-20 Mbps), TV, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, clean bathroom, all accessories... we liked everything! The most interesting thing is: you leave the door of the building and find yourself in the wonderful setting of the buildings of the XI-XVII century, you can walk through the narrow streets of Old Kotor, have dinner in old restaurants with delicious dishes, enjoy all this beauty ... And as soon as you feel tired - after 5 minutes you are in your room, you can take a warm shower and rest. This is the advantage of renting a room in the Old Town - you don't need a car, bus, taxi... to go out and walk around, and to come home and rest, and again - within walking distance of the Old Town of Kotor. .. Rara (Radovan) organized a wonderful excursion for us - a 3-hour water Rodeo in the Bay of Kotor with a visit to the island with the Catholic Church, to the artificial island with the Orthodox Church, a trip to the caves of the Blue Lagoon, entering one of the water hangars for hiding of German submarines in the Bay of Kotor, built in World War II, 1942, exiting the Gulf - to Adriatic Sea. And all this at a speed of 20-24mph, with jumping over the waves, with turns, with a boat managed by a super experienced captain, with whom we feeld relaxed and confident at all times! I recommend this excursion to anyone! You will collect excellent emotions and excellent memories! Thank you...

Be prepared for the noise from the hustle & bustle just outside the apartment. Just plug in your earbuds. For us , no issue. Our sleep was so good & deep, didn’t bother us at all.

-The ambience, in a historical building. That’s difficult to beat . -Convenience, love that it’s in the old city itself. Everything at our doorstep. - Host Rara was so helpful , a wealth of knowledge & generous . Helped us out with an issue regarding our sim card. So grateful.

You could not get a better location or host. The private parking was so close and easy to get to, not far from the accommodation. Rara was an amazing host, had so much information to give and share and gave us advice for the rest of our road trip. The room was comfortable and everything was within walking distance. We will definitely come back here next time we visit Kotor and could not recommend staying here more.

There is no elevator (the host did help us with bringing the luggage). Also, keep in mind it is old town so staying there means it’s loud… until late. The music stopped at 1am and we couldn’t fall asleep until then.

The location is at the old town in Kotor and just a few min walk to the parking lot. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host was helpful.

The bathroom was a tad on the small size especially the position of the toilet. It would not detract from staying here or recommending the accommodation.

The owner and host couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we gained a lot of useful information from him, especially where to go for lunch & dinner, his recommendations were spot on. The location was superb, right in the heart of the old town. Car parking was a short walk away, people did struggle with wheeled luggage on the cobbles, we stayed for one night so packed our rucksacks so it made it effortless.

The royal house was absolutely perfect for our stay! Rara went above and beyond to make our stay special, from recommending spots we wouldn't otherwise find to helping us celebrate our 1 year anniversary. The apartment was spacious, clean, easy to get to, right in the heart of the Kotor action, and equipped with all of the necessities we needed while there. Rara came and met us by the private parking lot to ensure we secured our spot and helped show us to our room. We loved that the town was action packed by day, but less congested and walkable at night. We would come back in heartbeat!

Wonderful place right in the heart of the old town. 10 min walk in any direction and you can see great parts of the city. Our host, Rara, was a gentleman and gave us great recommendations and helped us book all of our excursions and transport to and from the airport. Great having a local really tell us about the city and give us honest recommendations.
