room cleaning and change of bedsheets did not happen in4 days until we complained

After the rain during the night that stopped by 7am, the staff would not bother to clean the outdoor balcony so that you can have a morning coffee at 11am-12pm, so we had to go to the nearby hotel to have a coffee. Same situation for 3 days in a row. Food variety was mediocre, almost same food every day. We also had issues with the payment, as genius booking holder we had some discount on the price and paid everything in advance (except of city tax & insurance) and the hotel staff wanted to bill us the difference between the booking price and their usual rates which was cca €75 more. If we didn’t have a proof of the payment they would have made us pay extra. And they refused to accept that it was their mistake. Such things should not happen for the ‘reputable’ hotel resort who has been working with booking.com before, like they are not in sync. Overall, not worth the money.

It was peaceful and not crowded which we appreciated the most.

they have a tiny zoo that is just really really sad and terrible for the animals. felt very sorry for the monkey forced to live his life in a small cage. They should remove this.

The live music at the pool bar was too loud so we could not make a normal conversation on that spot. The songs were good but you could hear it in every corner of the resort. Moreover it was a neverending story till 1 or 2 a.m. The boccia court is a bit untidy. At last an important advise: do not turn off the left switch at the bathroom because it depends on that you have or do not have hot water in the tap. Wi-fi was was unavailable in the apartment. Weak sign.

Wonderful location on the side of a bay. Private beach with many possibilities to get to the sea even a downhill with small rocks in order to walk into the water. Sports facilities including tennis, table tennis, darts, boccia, volleyball. Seawiew from the balcony. Nearly perfect local and European cuisine. Pool bar with live music every night. Very kind staff, everybody was nice and helpful.

Even though on Booking it says that the room has a sea view it’s not always the case - our first room had a view of a tree. Sea was barely visible - we were moved to another room on our second day and that room indeed had a wonderful view of the sea though. The fridge was dirty. Even though this is a rather pricy resort, they still take a 10 euro deposit for a beach towel - also you could take only one towel per day… The location is not stroller friendly. The stone steps are beautiful, but have no stroller/wheelchair ramps. The food, while there is a lot of it, is rather hit or miss. The zoo is a disgrace, it has to be either closed or improved ASAP. The village - Dobra Voda - is quite boring with very few things to do.

Ruza Vietrowa is a beautiful resort. The views, the pools, the service are all amazing. The food is plentiful. The room was really nice and large, and the soundproofing was incredible. All the staff was great, especially the lovely cleaning ladies!

Our bed had two mattresses and that was really frustrating. It is hard to go with baby stroller because stairs were everywhere.

Cog was there for the baby. The hotel is great and the food is exceptional.

Queuing for food for 20 minutes - need a better system eg. more serving areas. Restaurant staff were non engaging and not friendly. Would have been nice to have more entertainment for guests. I also didn’t like the animal conditions. The poor dog needs to be let out - there is no need to keep a dog in a cage. The buck has a bad leg and can’t walk. Was very sad seeing them like that everyday.

Resort setting, the room and food at ala carte restaurant was great. Reception staff were very nice.

Unfortunately the drainage of black water goes directly into the sea not far from the beaches.

The hotel Rosa Vjetrova was overbooked and we where rebooked in a brand new apartment hotel right next to it.. Hotel Merlin.. we’ve got a really beautiful two bedroom apartment with nice kitchen area and a perfect balcony with a wonderful panoramic view. We Could use all the facilities in the hotel Rosa Vjetrova and had even breakfast there We can absolutely recommend Aparthotel Merlin.

Unfortunately, the loud music at night was a significant downside. It made it difficult to sleep and unwind after a long day of activities. Additionally it was concerning that my friend fell ill, likely due to the food, experiencing vomiting and diarrhea during our stay. This certainly impacted our overall experience negatively. It was disappointing to find out that there was no water available during dinner. This is a basic necessity that should be readily provided. One major issue was the discrepancy between the price we were initially quoted for four people during booking and the much higher amount we were charged upon arrival. This inconsistency left a sour taste in our mouths. improvements are needed in terms of nighttime noise levels, ensuring basic amenities like water are consistently available, and maintaining pricing transparency for guests.

I absolutely loved the level of privacy this hotel offered. It felt like our own little oasis, far from the bustling world outside. The fact that the beach was so close to the hotel was a huge plus. The resort's spacious layout was perfect, . It never felt crowded, and we could enjoy the surroundings in peace and there was also a lot of Natural Shade

It was an amazing vacation. Until it wasn't. We got poisoned on the last day and spent the whole night in agony. We don't know what the reason is - food (we have been eaten only in the hotel), water, sea or something else. But it was just terrible and trampled on all the good impression of the hotel. But the biggest problem for me is the attitude of the staff and management to this situation. When we called and said that due to illness we didn't have the strength to go downstairs to check out of the hotel, we were offered to stay in the room for another 4 hours for half the price (about 100 euros). Ww were in complete shock, because it is very expensive for only 4 hours of stay. But ok, maybe it's the hotel's policy, rules, etc. No other help was offered. We weren't offered water, medicines. And we didn’t hear words of compassion or sympathy from the staff. They even managed to joke and laugh at us when we eventually get down to check out. Something like "Oh, look, you made it" in funny voice. As if we had any choice. We were also told that our illness is nothing to worry about and many in the hotel also have it, even the staff. I don't understand how you can be so frivolous about the health of your guests. This behavior is unacceptable! In google reviews periodically appear reports that people get sick and sometimes even end up in hospitals, the staff at the reception does not hesitate to confirm it, and I have only one question - do you want to pay for your poisoning? We are very sorry about our ruined holiday and wasted money. Be careful when visiting this hotel!

The resort is amazing, food is great, staff was always helpful and polite. Is a relaxing place. We got a free room upgrade and it was just unbelievable with sauna and jacuzzi.. Im coming back soon for sure!
