Rooms are in a need of serious repair in many ways, so do not expect a five stars luxury stay. Quite a lot climbing the get to the hotel, so maybe not the best choice for older people.

Views were amazing from the balcony. Personnel were very friendly. We were traveling offseason, and the late check out was possible.

I loved everything. However, there are a lot of steps both to access this hotel and once you're inside so perhaps not the best choice for those with mobility issues.

Delightful hotel right in Ulcinj Old Town with gorgeous sea views from front rooms. Simple but tasteful room and bathroom design with all the small touches that make for a great stay - kettle, plenty of sockets, drinking water, safebox, decent shower. Excellent breakfast with something to suit everyone.

We had a spacious suite with a balcony overlooking the sea. Great for watching the sunsets. The hotel is in a good location in the old town. Close to the main gate so not far to walk as the old town is pedestrian only. Lots of good restaurants close by. A nice breakfast, great omelettes to order.

Time for a refurb! Everything needs an update and thorough makeover. The bedding and towels need updating. No tea, coffee, or complimentary water.

This hotel is in the most amazing location, on the cliff, in the old town Ulcinj. The view from the room is unparalleled, uninterrupted across the Adriatic. The sunsets (and storms) are fantastic. The room size is good and has a great aesthetic.

We enjoyed our stay, but the distance from the car park to the hotel for luggage transfer maybe an issue for some. Also there is no lift.

The hotel is in the old town and we had a large sea view room, with a great view over the sea. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and the extensive breakfast was a delight. There are a number of very good restaurants within a very short walk, so the hotel is well located. Car parking is about 200m away, all uphill to the hotel, some over cobbles. The cost is 15 euros for an 8-24 hour stay, but there was lots of room in the car park, as the locals park elsewhere.

The property is on cliff edge in the old town with breathtaking views . The views from hotel room have that wow factor . Although you have numerous choices of restaurants in the surrounds the food in hotel is just as good anywhere ,breakfast was excellent.The staff are very obliging and friendly . This is our second visit to this Hotel it won’t be our last .

Best hotel in Ulqin! Room was nice and clean with a perfect view, perfect location with beaches near it, staff was very nice and welcoming, breakfast was amazing, and the food at the restaurant was one of the best we ever had. Highly recommend!

There was an issue with regulating the flow of hot water in the shower.

The window view was absolutely magnificent, the room was clean and relatively spacious. The location, in the middle of the old town, could not be better.

we were waiting an hour for the room key the new city ulcinj is not very beautiful, it's messy no good supermarkets at all poor breakfast
