Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThis place is really fabulous!! The apartment, as well as the entire biulding, was so clean and tidy with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The owner is very kind and responds quickly to messages. She met me at the apartment and had 2 rooms already heated for me to choose from when I arrived! She even presented me with some fruit as a welcome gift. She arranged a friendly taxi driver to take me to Lovcen National Park at my request. I had such a pleasant stay in this accomodation!!

The mother and son are such nice people. They will help to arrange transport at local prices for taxi trips to local attractions. Was given fruit on arrival and the lady made me food for one evening for dinner, a nice surprise. Great air con and a nice balcony to sit on and watch local life pass by. Looked further on the map, but was only 10 mins walk from the bus station. Thoroughly recommend.

It should have been mentioned in the booking so we didn't get surprised when some people turned up for coffee in the morning and we nearly chucked away some stuff from the fridge as we thought it was some leftovers from previous guests.

Very clean and comfortable location, at walking distance to the pedestrian street with all the landmarks and just to the road to Lovcen National Park. Very well equipped kitchen. Very kind hosts. Several shops and a bakery nearby as well as the highly recommended restaurant Kole.

UruguayThe internet access via the wifi wasn't good, sometimes it would cut out for while then eventually reconnect. At times it was very frustrating.
We enjoyed our stay in Cetinje and at Pansion 10. The room, with private bathroom was spacious and comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to have our meals. The kitchen is basic, but adequate to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. Last but not least, the host is very nice and ready to help. She organised a taxi for us to go to Lovcen NP and it all went very smoothly.
