We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyWater can be provided as a complementary in the room. The bar should be closed after midnight. Our room was up to the bar and we did not sometimes sleep well due to the noises.
The hotel is so clean. The location is perfect to discover around. The private is a big advantage. The staff is helpful and polite, especially the front agent named Milca, I guess :)

United KingdomThere is no Internet in the room! You only get Internet in public areas. I don't think that should be the case in 2024! Also, the TV in our room stopped showing pictures. Finally, the light comes up when someone opens the door. It's inconveniencing for the person who is already in the room sleeping
The hotel is very lovely. Love the decor and the unusual lighting covers. The best part of the hotel is the beach front, just literally at the doorstep. A few minutes walk to the famous Porto Montenegro. The breakfast was the best we've had in our stay in Montenegro, and we've stayed in 2 hotels before Palma. Finally, the spa was amazing. The jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and hotbed were all included and thoroughly enjoyed by us
