LatviaPersonnel is a bit strange. Most employees look and behave like they passed some special "never smile" training. There were a few exceptions, though, which actually made the "average" attitude more noticeable. No particular problems, just spoils the overall impression a bit. One advice to management - give the landscaping guys some uniforms, otherwise they look like some hobos, again spoiling otherwise good impression of the hotel.

Czech RepublicA lot of seasonal staff who were reluctant to assist, and some quite rude staff in some of the restaurants. Large restaurant was poorly managed without enough staff to clear places (resulting in many empty but messy tables so hard to find tables). For an all inclusive hotel there is also quite a lot that is additional or paid for which we didn’t expect.
The bar and grill by premium pool were great. Swim up pool was also nice, but overlooked by pool area so not private. Hotel facilities were clean, well maintained and rooms were modern and nice. Good selection of food in restaurants.

RussiaUljcinj is difficult to reach because of a heavy traffic along the coast line. Mosquitos are annoying in three night, you can't sleep with windows open because of that.
An excellent hotel with its own beach and several pools. Food and drinks available at any time, if you get an "all inclusive" package.

HungaryOur AC wasn’t working in the first 2 days but nobody believed us - they sent a man to repair but nothing has changed, the 3rd day I went to the assistant front office manager and she immediately gave us the room next to us, where the AC was working properly. So from that point our holiday went excellently :) I didn’t know that there is a staff on the ground floor where we should have addressed the issue - at the end all turned out good thanks to the lady in the reception (with round glasses I forgot her name 🫣)
Everything was close to our apartment - the beach was 200 meters but beautiful and sandy. Grill bar and the beach bar had variety of food and drinks, we had premium all inclusive, which contained every alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Many pools for different purposes - kids and 18+ pools also - the kids club offered all day care if needed (we only tried for a 45 minutes) - overall everything was great, highly recommended.

All in all we realy enjoed our holiday at the Hotel and we are satisfied, but we have some suggestions please consider if it posible: It would be beneficial to implement glass/cup return point on the beach and among the pools. Easy, quick-to-change textile tablecloth for the tables and paper covers for the chairs. We recomend this Hotel for who wants to spend a lovley week or two a realy nice enviromente with nice staff, good foods és drinks. Thanks everything Azul Beach Resort Montenegro by Karisma :)

Israel1. We booked six months in advance three families and my mother for her 70's birthday. When my mother booked she asked for our rooms to be close together and gave the property our reservation numbers and everything. They did nothing with this info as each of the three families ended up in a completely different building. When we complained about this we got no empathy they didn't care. 2. My family specifically got stuck at the furthest building from everything. If we wanted to go to the pool or beach or to eat anything we had to walk a lot in the scorching heat. Same for going back to the room. So instead of enjoying the resort completely, every time you had to think "do i want to go to the pool now?", "should i return to my room now?" because every walk was long and hot and you had to consider if you want to walk it. 3. On one of the nights hotel staff were drilling outside our wall at 10 pm. What the heck. 4. You could hear every other guest through the walls. 5. They advertise like a ton of pools, but in fact there is one pool we could use, the main pool. Two pools are premium only, one pool is 18+ we couldn't go with our kids, the indoor pool (which we were looking forward to) was closed down, etc. The one pool we did use was not heated and had no shaded areas. To sum up: For the amount I was paying I would expect not to hear other guests through walls or people drilling at night or having to walk so much to get anywhere etc.
The place in general is fine and we were able to have fun but it always felt a bit off as everything is like "almost" good but not that good as it should be. The rooms were ok but had issues, the facilities were good but had issues, the food was ok but felt like cheap ingredients, the entertainment shows, etc. Everything in the resort felt like an aliexpress version of what a real resort should be. And that would have been fine if the value for money was better. As it is, for the amount we paid we expected a more polished experience. Having said that, we did enjoy what we did have, and the staff handling kids really did whatever they could to keep the young ones entertained. The all inclusive experience was also good, we were never hungry or thirsty, all throughout the day.

Amazing hotel, very clean, spacious and quite pretty as well. All the people of the hotel staff were very nice and helpful and the facilities are great. The beach, the pools and the bars and beverages. You have snacks and alcohol all day long. You have a lot of food, many options, many deserts and even ice cream. This hotel is amazing for kids and it was designed for being with kids. there is a kids club with babysitter and kids pool and even "kids suitable" places in the main pool where they can sit. It is a very good hotel.

BulgariaWe had the "Ultra All Inclusive" package booked, however, even though clearly stated on the menu there were many things missing. Here's a short list of the many missing things: Jameson, Prawns, Shrimps, Jack Daniels, restaurant reservations were not respected, the beach umbrellas and beds were reserved by putting a towel on them even though there was a sign stating that that was unacceptable, the bars would not serve all drinks (e.g. you have to go from X bar to Y bar to get a Mojito). The bathroom tiles on our "premium suite" were absolutely disgusting within the shower area, grime and mold had taken over. To make matters worse, there was no water throughout the resort for a whole day. Overall not pleased by our stay.
The staff was amazing, especially the day care staff who took care of the kids.

SerbiaRooms needs updated. Not sound proof at all bathrooms needs updated and bed-sheets not really 4 star buy maybe 2 or 3. In the room there is no much facilities, it is outdated for a five star. Hotel management can do a bit more to hire quality staff. Staff - mainly waiters in the bars and main restaurant are students with 0 experience. Almost no waiters around pools. Cocktails were not good at all. Housekeeping staff can be more efficient.
We got a free upgrade to Premium. Food was fine, however Resort should offer different food from different cuisine rather than basic one. Pools are very good and not many people around them as you can choose one out of several pools. Resort has a excellent location.
