The road which leads to the Hotel is very narrow. No chance to cross. Especially in high season with a lot of traffic it is a problem..

Great hotel near the old town. The beach is in walking distance 200 meters away. Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, just maybe missed a larger selection of bread. Nice rooms, especially the suites on top floor. Confortable beds

I had an excellent experience at Hotel Maris. The hotel itself is fantastic, but the exceptional customer service truly sets it apart from others in the area. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. The attention to detail and personal touch made our stay special. I would 100% recommend Hotel Maris for a relaxing break with the best view in town. Hotel Maris might only have four stars, but it comes with 5-star treatment. The road from old town to the hotel is very narrow and sometimes very busy. No possibility to pass other cars. In the dark tricky, when you have to reverse.

I would like to have a coffee machine at breakfast and to have sliced vegetables, sausages and cheeses covered with something, because flies land on them. I would also like to be able to pay with a card or put on my room account at the beach bar, since it is not very convenient to take cash to the beach. This is not a disadvantage of the hotel, but I want to note for people who are going to visit this hotel that there are stones on the beach and it is better to take special shoes with you. Also, that's not a problem, but you should know that you have to go down the long stairs to get to the beach. Otherwise, everything is fine!

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and every day was amazing. The first thing that impressed us at this hotel was the view from our room. That was the best sea view in my life, there was absolutely nothing to prevent your eyes from enjoying the sea. The hotel is very comfortable and quiet. Due to the fact that there are few rooms in the hotel, sometimes you get the feeling that you are the only guest. The hotel staff is very friendly and responsive, they were sensitive to every our wish. The room was very clean, every day we had a thorough cleaning. The hotel also has a good restaurant, everything is always fresh and very tasty. For hotel guests there are free sun beds on the beach. Hotel has underground payable parking, but it's small and usually full. Thank you for the great vacation! Definitely recommend visiting this hotel!

It was not a problem for me but any visitors with limited mobility might have found things a bit challenging. The walk into town is a bit hilly and the steps down to the beach were quite challenging.

The hotel is in a particularly beautiful location, the view of the bay from the rooms is extremely memorable. The roof top bar is a very nice place for a cold beer and a quick snack while taking in the view. Another point of excellence were the staff who could not have been more friendly or helpful..

I traveled to Ulcinj a lot of times in the past and this time I decided to go to Maris Hotel I felt completly different in a good way, the place was so quiet, clean the staff was so nice the views were amazing. I recommend to all of you and I will never go any other place when Im visiting Ulcinj.

Nothing to do with the hotel. Road to get to the hotel was really narrow and steep, but anywhere you go in europe is the same.

Breakfast was great. Location was beautiful. Steep hills to get to the city and beach but well worth the trouble with the scenery and beachfront and night life.

location at liman beach, this is a little beach with clear water :) also it is very calm. you can walk to the old town within 5 minutes, a walk to the promenade will be about 10minutes by foot. fantastic roof top, interieur of the hotel is amazing, they paid a lot of attention to small details. pool on rooftop is great! also rooms with balcony give you a superb view on the sea and old town.

It was more than 30°C and the air conditioning not working, they offered us to move to another room but the issue continued. Had 2 terrible nights of sleep, couldn’t rest.
