Everything was great except shower hand could be a little bit better. Even though the view is truly amazing I highly not recommend the property to people without cars, it’s a real challenge to get to the beach or you must order a taxi to go back and forth. And if you want to go to Budva on foot also plan it will take you around 30 minutes near the highway. If you have a car, in my opinion, it’s one of the best options in or outside Budva.

Great owner Alexander (or Sasha) and his daughter, we had a great time, helped us organise a transfer from and to the airport for a reasonable price. We enjoyed some morning rakia and some advice from them. Wonderful location and view, very clean rooms, super friendly cats.

Everything was far beyond any expectations we could have had.

The apartment was nice and clean, the facilities in it were handy for us, the shower pressure was good and even if you’re not driving it’s super easy to get to old town in Budva. In person the views are actually way more impressive than how it looks in the pictures. Above all, Anna was an excellent host and made all the experience more enjoyable.

The location was beyond perfect especially at that price. The hosts were very welcoming and kind, which meant a lot to me as a solo traveler. The views from this apartment are amazing. The supermarket and beach are only 10-15 minutes away by car but not easily accessible on foot so it’s advised to have a car as they have ample parking space. I would definitely stay here again and again.

No toilet brushe. Good to know: access to the hotel via a small road with a very steep gradient.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Clean and comfortable room. Balcony with chair, table and clotheslines. Functional kitchen and bathroom. 10 minutes by car from the city center of Budva and 7 minutes by car from the nearest beach. Friendly owners with lots of good advice (restaurants, sightseeing, etc.). Parking space available.

There aren't any restaurants or shops within walking distance but the delivery food service was amazing. However the view more than made up for that minor point.

A wonderful super clean and comfortable apartment with a spectacular view. We could have sat on the balcony for hours. It was very clean and the host Alex most welcoming.

The bed was very noisy, some of the slats kept coming out and it could have been more comfortable. The shower area could do with a bit of modernisation. Although it was a small studio apartment more storage space, perhaps built in, for clothes/belongings would have been preferred.

The main thing was the fantastic view. There was a balcony to enjoy it from. It had private parking. It was only a short distance from the centre of Budva by car. The host Alexander couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful.

The view is amazing, the room is adequate. It is close to many attractions, and you don't have to travel much from here. The owner communicates quickly and precisely, we got answers to everything quickly.

There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom a lot of the time. We had a couple of minor issues with the room on arrival but the hosts were really responsive to these and sorted them out quickly.

View from the balcony is absolutely out of this world breath-taking. Having the kitchenette meant we could prepare simple meals at home and make the most of the stunning views. Incredible value for money. Really lovely hosts, happy to provide info and help. Ample parking. Very peaceful and quiet.
