1. The breakfast was disappointing: mostly cold dishes like charcuterie. Too many sweet things (even a hot pudding) which doesn’t help healthy eaters. I had to order an a la carte fried eggs, otherwise couldn’t eat anything else. 2. The bedding is not very comfortable. 3. I bought Kotor cable car return tickets directly from the reception. But right after the cable car was closed for days due to an country wide electricity outage. There was no way to receive a refund. 4. The beach outside the hotel is stinky with smell of seaweed. However the little private area (aka a platform of subbed) was very nice. I didn’t go into the sea here because of the seaweed and other dubious grass. 5. The closest restaurant is 5min walk and there are no shops nearby. Good if you want a secluded vacation in a not very touristy area.

1. I had a large apartment with a balcony, above the pool with a great view of the ocean. 2. The pool is clean, well maintained and has a perfect depth for a swimmer. 3. Great shower. Good air conditioning. Okay light blocking curtains. Very quiet for sleep. 4. Very kind and nice staff.

Stunning views from both the spacious bedrooms and the waterside sunbathing area. Fabulous staff - helpful, friendly, welcoming. Delicious breakfast - lots of options. Nice sunny pool area - great spot to cool off or enjoy a poolside G&T. Some good restaurants in Pcranj (walkable) for lunch or dinner. We also took a speedboat across to Perast for dinner - arranged by Maya - fabulous. Our second stay and it didn't disappoint. Loved it

The breakfast room is very small and there’s no food or snacks available other than breakfast. No lounge or indoor seating area.

Located in a lovely quiet waterfront area away from the main town of Kotor. Clean, light and airy rooms within walking distance to a local bakery/shop and restaurants. An under cover car park for hire cars. A lovely sun terrace on the waterfront, bar drinks are served.

Transport to Kotor Old Town wasn't easy,no bus route and road for walking was very narrow and had no pavement meaning taxi was the only option. This was circa 6-8 Euro and wasn't a huge issue.

Staff were welcoming,friendly and courteous. They were more than happy to do accommodate any requests. Room was very comfortable and Pool / private beach were both great.

Excellent location - slightly away from the Old Town, but a very quick taxi in. We loved that they had their own area at the front of the hotel to sunbathe overlooking the mountains and bay of Kotor. Staff were incredible- gave some great restaurant recommends, helped with our questions and organised our travel. Pool and breakfast make this great value for money.

Customer service was top notch. Natasha was so kind, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The location is away from the busy town but a short taxi into town. The water access across the street was easy and peaceful. The on-site pool was beautiful and the included breakfast was excellent. You’re a short walk away from nearby restaurants, history and an excellent local bakery. I truly enjoyed every moment of the time here, and I’ll be back!

Wasn’t expecting so much traffic on the road between the hotel and the seafront but it by no means took away from the incredible facilities and scenic impact.

The views are absolutely breathtaking, I kept having to pinch myself! The staff are delightful. Breakfast was superb.

Breakfast was not to our taste but mostly because it was foods we were unfamiliar with. There was a lot of choice for a fairly small hotel though!

Lovely room overlooking the pool and a view of the water towards Kotor. The breakfasts were very good and plenty of choice for all tastes. The staff were fabulous. The two receptionists Natasha and Mia were exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile.

The road that leads up to the hotel is narrow and quite busy serving a number of hotels and restaurants. Having said this we did not witness any problems as drivers were courteous.

We liked the charm of the old building but with all the modern fixtures. Lots of free parking space in the spacious garage for those with a car. The most impressive feature has to be the sunbathing area right next to the sea right in front of this small hotel.It also has its own pool. There is a regular bus service into Kotor old town, only costing 1.5 euro per person.

IT was magical stay,everything was Perfect!

Amazingly nice spot,historical palace turned into boutique hotel run by super helpful and charming Staff.We enjoyed view from the room- which was splendid,tasty breakfasts,assistance of reception girls! We couldnt imagine better place for relax - I Hope we will be back soon.Sunbeds just on front of Kotor bay- totally stole our hearts

For our entire stay there was a horrible smell in the bathroom (like blocked or old drains). Unfortunately it made the whole room smell. We had to keep the fan on and all windows open.

It is good to know that the road to the place is narrow, but the traffic still was fluent, so didn't really bother us. The only thing to improve would be to get a few more glasses and some cutlery to the rooms. Even though there isn't a kitchen, but is a longer stay you want to eat and drink something small in the room.

The location was beautiful. We sat both at the pool and at the shore. Breakfast was amazing, it was a bit different to many other countries, but the variety and the different flavors were fun to try. I have to give credit to the staff, everyone was really helpful and welcoming, and they made us feel cared for.

At breakfast, the items to be labelled, and the utensils used not be mixed being used with pork or put next to the pork.
