United KingdomI don’t like the paying for sunbeds/beach club. seems a tacky way of getting additional money out of guests. I would rather pay more up front for the holiday and not have to feel like I am just there for you to get as Much money out of me with any chance possible. Real 5 star properties generally do not do this. It was also not that clear that there were charges when making the original booking. If they are not included in the price then you should remove them from the pictures and promotions for the resort.

LuxembourgGuests at the beach have little regard for other guests, smoking, moving sunbeds around and generally being noisy. The hotel is somewhat overpriced for the location.
This hotel is a beautifully restored historical building. Everything in the hotel is designed with good measure. Service is excellent, breakfast has lots of choice (but gets very busy in season), and the spa is top notch.

SwitzerlandGetting to the hotel from Dubrovnik airport can be easy if you take the hotel transfer of the hotel (1.5 hours) or very difficult with unreliable companies (6 hours+) and problems in the border between Croatia and Montenegro. The food at the beach bar was not great (cold quesadillas, raw onion, etc) and the food at the restaurants was varied widely from outstanding to regular.
Fantastic boutique hotel for young families. All the facilities are stylish and feel brand new. The flat was very comfortable and fully equipped for a very comfortable stay (dishwasher, boiler, washing machine). The pool was beautiful and accepted babies until 4pm. The beach bar with the outdoor pool was lovely, with a great set up to enjoy the Adriatic. The breakfast buffet is probably the best I have seen and most extensive as well. The staff is kind and with a great customer approach. You can walk through the coast with a pram to get to the old town without a problem.

The hotel has the highest standards in every department. Their rooms were large, spotless, and very nice all round. The location is excellent, it is a nice walk ( 30 mins along the coast ) into the old town and also right on the marina to enjoy a boat tour of the bay. There is a lovely private beach with a good atmosphere and an amazing new swimming pool and very comfortable sun loungers.The restaurants on site are very good also . A special Thanks to Slobodan and his team who looked after our large group at the restaurants and bars , also Ivan and his team who taking care of us on the beach. You all made our trip such a wonderful experience , we hope to see you again soon .

United KingdomThe new rule regarding payment for the loungers by the pool. The beach and pool are lovely however hotel guests should not have to pay to use the pool loungers - the beds on the beach are free however they are not convenient for everyone.
Beautiful property with incredible views. Special thanks to Ivan, the beach manager and Gabriella at the reception. We enjoyed a special birthday occasion and the staff made it a great trip. Would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking to enjoy Montenegro. Make sure to get the sea view room as the views are exceptional.

BelgiumNeed to put signs up a breakfast to encourage people to only take what they plan to eat. You can always have seconds. The breakfast was so fabulous that people got carried away and there is a lot of food waste. Maybe also put some poop bags and bins in a specific area to encourage dog owners to use that space.
Absolutely a gem! Beautiful property with lovely beach and setting. Excellent restaurants (both are great with very fresh fish - large servings) and the nicest staff (especially head waiter at Rosemarin, pool and beach manager Ivan, breakfast welcome lady, and young ladies at the front desk). The best breakfast of anywhere we stayed. Very pet friendly which we really appreciated. So happy dogs could be on the beach! Wine o’clock at the marina is also a great restaurant. Free electric car charging also appreciated. You can walk to Herceg Novi on the waterfront but really why bother as the food and beach at the hotel are above and beyond anything in the area.

Really beautiful property right on the seaside. I stayed in one of the residential apartments and it was beautifully decorated and very clean, room service and daily cleaning were available. The staff were all very attentive and kind and made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was fresh- including made to order omelettes, coffee and poached eggs as well as a hot buffet with good options, salad and cold cut/cheese bar, pastry bar, fruits, cereal and yoghurts/chia pudding. Juice was also available and the food always tasted fresh. The hotel has two lovely restaurants but we only visited Augusto which was lovely. There’s a cafe just downstairs called baguetteria that had fresh pasta and pizza which we loved a lot. The spa is lovely and a must visit! Because the hotel was so comfortable we didn’t explore a lot of Montenegro and we spent a lot of time at the hotel. We did go to Herceg novi old town and a nearby restaurant called Tapasake- the front desk was nice enough to call us a taxi each time. I recommend booking your airport transport through the hotel as well. There was a little mix up with my birthday order but the hotel more than made up for it. They also provided complimentary welcome snacks and a birthday card with complimentary champagne- I’m pregnant and couldn’t drink but my husband enjoyed it! I wholly recommend a visit.

The hotel was superb. Staff were so friendly. Restaurants and food were fabulous. We stayed in the 2 bed apt which was very luxurious and extremely quiet.

AustraliaDistance from old town - a fair walk from Lazure, however a short, cheap taxi ride away. Lazure is at the quiet end of town, so depends whether you want to be in the middle of the town or not.
We loved this property right on the marina. Stunning room / suite. Amazing breakfast. Great live music in the evening at the bar alongside the marina. Restaurant service was amazing. Staff friendly and service oriented.

Beautiful hotel, the historic building has been very tasteful renovated & combines old & new perfectly. Breakfast was excellent with great variety of foods.
